We visited the showroom in Ventura and was greeted by Janice Dill. She told us about Tuff Shed and answered all our many questions! Then we told Janice about our needs and the area we had to work with. She patiently listened to us and made many useful suggestions. After deciding on size, colors, etc. we placed an order. Our shed was delivered and installed yesterday! It is perfect and exactly what we needed! Janice was so nice to work with and even checked in to make sure we were happy!! The guys that were here did a great job! Very professional! Would definitely recommend Janice and Tuff Shed!😃

Regina Hughes with Tough Shed in Ventura was an absolute dream to work with. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and fun to interact with. She's very patient and willing to work with you to find the right fit. The shed was delivered and installed / built in half a day. The men were super nice and friendly as well. They were quick and quiet - couldn't tell they were building the shed from the ground up. Overall a very positive experience dealing with Tough Shed.

Too bad there’s not 6 stars for Regina! She walked me through all of the options (and then some) and made the process so smooth. Highly transparent and very helpful. Would highly recommend buying a Tuff Shed with her.

I had a great experience working with both Regina Hughes and Janice during the purchase of my Tuff Shed. I originally worked with Janice to finalize the sale, and when she was unavailable, Regina stepped in to make sure everything was taken care of. Regina was incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and patient. Even though she wasn’t receiving any commission from my sale, she gave me her full attention, answered all of my questions, and made sure no details were overlooked. I really appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond simply to ensure I had a positive experience. Janice also followed up after the sale and helped coordinate delivery and address my remaining questions. Together, Regina and Janice worked as a team to make sure everything came together smoothly from purchase through delivery. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine commitment to customer service made a lasting impression. I truly appreciate them both and would highly recommend working with them!
