I called all over the place, visited several stores, and checked with different suppliers, but no one could find the right solution. Ferguson was the one that actually made it happen! They found a tank that wasn’t the original model but was made by the same manufacturer—even though my toilet is about 20 years old—and it fit perfectly. I’m very happy with the service I received and really appreciate them taking the time to find a solution when no one else could. Great service and very helpful staff!

I am a framing contractor out of ventura county and while I didn't know the area well I am also pretty green in the plumbing aspect of things. I needed a French drain for a great client of mine. Anyways the heavy set guy Josh behind the counter had the worst possible attitude, and here I am 12 hours later writing a review. I dont think I've ever written a bad review but it ruined my day. If one of my employees was acting like that I would want to be notified. He was acting extremely annoyed and out of the 2 simple questions I asked he was doing all he could to let me know I didn't know what I was doing. Ill also add that i was the only person in the whole store.
