  My garage door was making a frightful noise every time we used it . I was afraid it would fall on us as the rollers grinded & complained .Vincent was very nice , polite & knowledgable . He change the door opener that was over 25 years old changed the rollers & checked that everything worked good , he programmed our car openers plus gave us the instructions we needed to work the controllers & keep our new garage opener working smooth & silently . He checked everything before he left. We are so happy with his work ! And we payed less than his original quote as he didnt have the model he quoted us , so gave us last years model with our permission , of course . I would highly recommend this company for any garage door work & Vincent in particular , as a hard working young man& knowledgeable in his line of work.

  Excellent service both in the field and on the phone! I got a new garage door and as it happens I had issues and you call always tell the good ones from the bad in how the respond when an issue arrives. First they apologized to me for any inconvenience and then came back out less than 24 hours later and both times fixed the problem. They wanted my installation to go smooth and while the problems were minor they acted like I was their top priority! Great company and Derek my tech who came out all 3 times did an amazing job.

  Conner provided excellent garage door service from start to finish. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the available repair options and inventory clearly, which made the process easy to understand and helped me feel confident in the work being done. He also installed the keypad and walked me through programming and connecting the garage door through the app. Everything was set up properly, tested, and working smoothly before he left. I really appreciated his attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer questions. I would definitely recommend Conner for anyone needing garage door repair, installation, or smart-access setup.

  Trenton is a great introduction to the level of service I can expect from Right Way Garage. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He provided a clear estimate, patiently answered all of my questions, and kept me informed about his arrival time. He also took the time to explain the installation process, which I really appreciated. Also, Trenton was courteous and efficient; he clearly takes pride in his work. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Right Way Garage. I look forward to having my beautiful garage door installed soon!

  Rightway DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. They installed a new garage door for me. Everything leading up to the installation went really well. They sent a sales guy who spent two hours walking me through options, taking detailed measurements, and reviewing material samples. The door arrived about 6 weeks later as promised. Andrew, the installation tech, did a beautiful job with an especially challenging install due to our low garage ceilings. Unfortunately, after the install was complete it was clear that there were cosmetic defects with the doors. Andrew took a few photos and said that someone would be out to take a closer look and the door may need to be replaced. No one came out or called but after about a week of radio silence, someone sent a text that said 'we spoke to the manufacturer and they said this is how it's supposed to be'. I haven't been able to actually speak to anyone at Rightway to explain the problem to them so I don't know how they even spoke to the manufacturer. They only respond by text and promise that someone will call soon - but it's been a month an no one has called and my calls have not been answered or returned. Of course both the manufacturer and Rightway are incentivized not to do anything about this. My dispute with them continues. All I can say is that if you buy from them, you better hope everything goes perfectly because they do not stand by their work and their after-service is non-existent. Also, the fact that they do not manufacturer the doors allows them to punt the responsibility to the manufacturer. But since they are the ones buying the door on your behalf, you don't even have a clear line of redress with the manufacturer either. You are just stuck in no man's land.
