  I had a great experience. Trenton was very nice, professional, and got the job done quickly. He took the time to explain the issue and provided additional helpful information so I could better understand what happened. He also answered all of my questions. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend him to others!

  The rating isn't for the technicians but the poor operations process and communications of RightWay and RightWay Vacaville First there was confusion about my order as I was a Costco member but ordered a non Costco door.i received over a week of misinformation off people from the office who stated i had to put down a deposit, then didn't, then did -the cycle continued for over a week. Next i didn't find out how long my door arrival would truly be untill 2 months of waiting. It took 3 months for my door to arrive and two frustrating calls speaking with their AI agent who scheduled me an appointment but turned out the doors hadn't arrived. Door arrives and aren't the anticipated dark tint panels in/out and there's scuff marks on the garage - mind you this entire experience had cost me about $6000 plus. I'm still waiting for a resolution but guess what- my sales guy is on vacation and I was told I have to wait for him? Completely broken system, all around horrible experience, I'll never order another door from this company again or recommend them to anyone. OnCall experience has been fine

  The first impression of this company was great. I called for an estimate to raise my garage door to fit my car in the garage. They sent out some very knowledgeable service people and talked through what they could do and it was a reasonable price. The sales people were very excited to satisfy my needs so I signed the contract. The service person who arrived to complete the project seemed to have zero background info on what the project was about which made me very nervous. They were able to complete the work and I was very happy my car fit. They did say they would have to return to install the light which I agreed to. Setting up an appointment to get the light installed was where things went downhill. They only have appointments in 4 hour gaps so I had to rearrange my work to be available. When the service person arrived to install the light, they asked me where it was. I was not given the light from the first installation service person and it seemed the company was not prepared to do this simple task. I then had to make a 3rd appointment with this company and I was very clear of my schedule so they gave me a 1 hour window of when they could arrive. 55 minutes into the hour window, the service person called saying he was on his way. Again, this service person had no background on my project so I had to quickly explain the situation. I also had to leave my garage door open while I was at work since they did not arrive within the window agreed on. I would not hire this company again because of their lack of internal communication and organization in getting my project done.

  Josh did a great job installing our garage door. However a couple of concerns: 1-we recently had new pavers laid in our driveway. When Josh arrived he parked in the driveway and my husband asked if his truck leaked oil, he said no and left his truck on the driveway. As soon as he left, my husband noticed a spot of oil left by Josh’s truck. We tried removing the spot but didn’t have any luck. I’ve attached a photo. 2-Josh’s instructions for the garage door were a little rushed. I felt he was in a hurry to leave because he had to get to another job.

  Out of all the garage door repair companies I decided to give Right Way a call. I set up my appointment and today our technician Neil. L arrived and immediately found out the problem of why our garage door wouldn't open. It turned out that the springs were broken! Neil gave us options and we decided on the replacement and he went right to work. The job was completed in short time and Neil tested the whole system and lubricated everything before heading onto the next job. Thanks again Neil for your prompt and professional support and we will call Right Way if we need any further work.
