  Come early in the morning. This place gets busy and it's really not a self-serve kind of operation. You must get help. The selection is quite good, the help is very helpful, they have good tools for helping design your project.

  Granite Expo did an excellent cabinet and counter top installation for us - Adriana, the counter representative, was very patient and informative throughout the entire process - Ryan, the manager, took the time to make sure the job was done in a timely and professional manner - the installers (do not know their names) worked very industriously and long hours - they all made it happen ! we are very pleased with the results and the reasonable prices - we highly recommend them /

  Great products and great prices but their inventory needs work, without a doubt. Came in on Friday & paid in full and placed an order, they said they couldn’t load that day due to missing pieces of one set of tiles. Fine, we’ll be back Tuesday to which they agreed. Went on Tuesday for pick up and got all the materials except the original missing pieces that delayed our Friday pick up. The associate said that they were coming from their Oakland shop and would be here tomorrow (Wednesday.) Now I call to confirm the pieces have arrived to which the associate said yes so we go back up on Wednesday for final pick up. Again, no tiles. This is now our third trip without all of our materials and had me return Friday. The owner Ryan was present and did little to make right no offer of delivery, no inconvenience discount, no apology but did receive one from his associate Francisco who was great! Not sure if I’d go for the great prices again over getting the run around and many trips from Vallejo to their store.
