  Stephanie in utilities went well beyond the call of duty securing PGE SGIP payment. Bri did a good job as our project coordinator Carson we dubbed Superman, responsive to our questions, problems. He is very conscientious and professional; truly awesome. Mark and Cameron thoroughly explained the system to us taking as much time as needed for our many questions. Adam in sales was very personable, friendly and projected confidence in the company. Ivan did a super job patching the drywall. He worked in an organized and precise manner keeping the mess clean. Marco visited the job site a few times to check progress. Two employees who installed the power walls worked a very long day to finish the work the same day were incredible. We did not write their names and cannot mention them specifically here but they worked incredibly well as a team very harmoniously. There may be others that weren't mentioned specifically here but our overall experience was great. Thank you, Ambrose Solar for a job well done.

  Ambrose was Wonderful!! My Tesla Solar battery failed. I had purchased it from a company that had went out of business, and didn’t know what to do, so I called Tesla. Tesla gave me their list of companies that could help me, and I called Ambrose as they were listed as a “Premier Installer” for Tesla. From my first phone call to Ambrose speaking to Justin, he took it from there, and kept me updated along the way. He handled all the communications with Tesla regarding the warranty, and my new battery. He got me scheduled right away, Jo and Arnulfo were the techs that did the install, and they arrived on time, and even texted me to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional and very helpful in explaining along the way. Love them, I will definitely be calling them when I have future Solar needs.

  Had a lengthy and educational meeting with Jon from Sales. The whole process was within the timeline they setup. We hit a few snags but I think it’s stuff I would have encountered with any solar company. The end result: my PG&E bill has been cut by 90%, and I’m hoping with a few tweaks we can get close to 100%. When I have encountered issues the customer service has been excellent. I would definitely recommend Ambrose.

  This is a great company that delivered exactly as promised on our solar installation. Mark S, Hermelinda M, Pat A, and Casey C were fantastic—they patiently worked through all of my questions and concerns. The installation crew arrived right on time, worked quickly, and left everything spotless. Their attention to detail was impressive, even painting the electrical conduit to perfectly match our existing house color. Communication was stellar; I always knew exactly what to expect each day. Highly recommend them for solar!

  This is a top notch solar panel installer and servicer! After I was badly disappointed with my original installer who ended up costing me thousands of dollars, I found these guys through some research. They got up and running my failed inverter by replacing it in the most cost effective fashion possible. Justin is amazing!
