- GKGeorge KennedyMay 4, 20265.0We contacted Aleco on a Saturday at 4pm due to a faulty receptacle which caused a complete outage. This resulted in having the backup generator to start running left us with a real issue as the Main Breaker did not reset. We contacted quite a few companies but none were able to dispatch an electrician to assist us. We called Aleco and Chris answered to whom we explained our situation. Shortly after he called us back to say he was able to contact one of their electricians and that he was already on the way to our residence. The electrician was Mike who arrived within about an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and went right to work to resolve the problem. We are very pleased with Aleco and now keep their contact number readily available if we have any future electrical repair needs.
