The technician was friendly and listened attentively as I explained the issue I was having. He quickly resolved the problem by showing me that my electrical connection was faulty.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would have done it. Horrible customer service. I called last week to schedule an appointment for an EV charger. It was scheduled for Tuesday between 10-12. I was tild that I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I was sent several emails reminding me of the appointment. Well Tuesday rolls around and no phone calls or contact from this company. So I wait until shortly after 12 to call the company to get an update. I called and asked what was going on with my appointment, the person acted like he like they knew nothing about it. He looked into it and said that the electrician was running late do to his previous call running late. I said ok but why wasn't I contacted earlier instead of sitting around wasting my time for 2 hours. He said that this happens in this business. I informed him that his response was totally inappropriate as that's not how you handle this situation. He said that the electrician or tech was in San Martin, which is about 45 to an hour away. So do you want to keep or reschedule. I told him to cancel it and not reschedule it because of thier lack of respect for my time and that they should of contacted me when they knew that the tech was running late. The person was condescending and did not represent the company well. So if you like wasting your time and money call these people, if you don't I recommend using a more reputable company.

The light works, but the value and service were disappointing. We supplied our own $79 Home Depot fixture. Aleco installed a junction box where the old kitchen light had none, then installed the new fixture. The final bill was over $800, and the “senior discount” was $40. Our appointment was for 8:00 a.m. The technician arrived about an hour late and told us, “I slept in.” The installation itself appears to have been completed correctly, so credit where it is due. But given that we supplied the fixture, the price was difficult to justify, and being an hour late to an 8 a.m. appointment because the technician overslept did not inspire confidence. I would strongly recommend getting a fully itemized, all-in quote before authorizing work so you know exactly what you are paying for.

They were on time,on budget and were willing to work with us when we told them that we had purchased most of the material beforehand. Good communication with the office staff and they kept us in the loop throughout the process and project. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone to reach out to Aleco for any and all electrical needs.

I Highly Recommend Aleco Electric. I’ve used them twice now. My first experience was having them sort out my landscaping and fountain electrical outlets (which I had botched) and my second project was having them install an EV Power supply in the driveway for a New RAV4. Sounds straight forward until you realize my main panel is on the other side of the House. Could not be Happier with the way it turned out. The estimator (Pete) walked me through the process and had a crew out the next day to complete the Work.
