  Unfortunately, the gentlemen that work at this location are not professional. I tried to order flooring from them. They gave me the runaround never communicated never contacted me and lied to me about inventory when I expressed my feelings and how I felt that they did not act very professional in regards to my order, he told me thank you for the opportunity and basically didn’t care to apologize and just sent me off. I will not recommend going to this location, they are not professional.

  Hail, worthy Wally’s of Carpet and Flooring, true artisans of the hearth! Three years past, when I did purchase mine home, some knave laid cheap flooring that crumbled and peeled within the first year, leaving me to suffer its lifting torment for two long winters more. Yet upon thy arrival, thou didst banish the wretched boards and install the finest flooring in all the realm—now my abode gleams in splendor and comfort everlasting!

  I recently worked with Wally’s Carpet and Tile for new baseboards, porcelain tile, and Pet Shaw carpet. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Our sales rep, Tom, was exceptional—professional, attentive, and made the process easy. Payment and scheduling were easy and transparent. The tile installation was perfect. Juan, Cesar, and Jesus did an amazing job over seven days. They were friendly, hardworking, and matched our new porcelain tile perfectly to our 20-year-old existing tile. I couldn't be happier with their work. The carpet installation was a bit different. While the carpet itself is beautiful, the installers did just an "okay" job. A foundation crack wasn't addressed before laying the carpet, and I can feel the transitions between the foam padding pieces when walking, which suggests they may not have been glued or seamed properly. Though I’m not looking for the hassle of a repair, I hope this helps the company ensure consistency across all teams. Overall, I’d still recommend Wally’s, especially for tile!

  Wally’s Carpet did a great job for us. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have been in business for 71 years. No wonder. They were patient and helpful while we struggled with our choices of style and color. Then the work was done in 3 days. They moved the furniture, took out the old flooring, installed the new flooring, and put back the furniture. Great workmanship! The work-crew guys were easy to deal with and very professional too !
