  Christian came out to look at my AC unit which was not turning on. He explained everything he was doing so I could understand and even though it was just an electrical box issue, he did a maintenance check on everything. A great asset to Steve’s team.

  We recently had our entire AC and furnace system replaced, and Jon and Jose who completed the installation were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all our questions thoroughly and explain everything clearly throughout the process. Their workmanship was excellent, and it was obvious they took pride in doing the job right. They were courteous, hard working and respectful of our home. It is rare these days to encounter technicians who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely dedicated to providing an exceptional customer service experience. Thank you for a job well done!   We had a new AC unit installed today in our two-story townhome, and I cannot say enough great things about John, Jose, and Franko. On an incredibly hot day, they worked efficiently and maintained a positive, professional attitude from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer our questions throughout the installation process. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and commitment to getting everything exactly right. They didn’t leave until the system was perfectly installed, thoroughly tested, and we had cold air flowing throughout our home. Beyond their technical expertise, they were personable, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, all while navigating our two little ones running around. Their professionalism and charismatic demeanor made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth, efficient, and easy.
