  We had our HVAC replaced on May 6th and the whole process was easy. It’s working really well and we’re glad to have gotten it fixed right before the summer. The workers Andy, Jose, and Jon came in bright and early, explained to us what they would be doing, how long it would take, and checked in with us every step of the way. They were kind to my husband and I and were helpful with any questions we had. I like that they were mindful of keeping our floors clean as they moved equipment in and out. They even gave us free filters which we were not expecting, but it was a pleasant surprise. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. Great service and quality.

  I had reached out in a panic because our kitchen had some moisture. I thought we definitely had a leak. They were able to stop by same day. Their dispatch team was super friendly and they even sent me a profile on the tech that will be stopping by. Seans picture was very serious, but he was SUPER nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. After all we didn't have a plumbing issue, but an appliance issue. First time needing a plumbing service and I will definitely be reaching out to them for any other plumbing, ac/heater request.

  I recently had an AC unit installed at my cousin’s house by Andy, Jose, and John, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork were impressive throughout the entire installation process. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the system was installed perfectly and running smoothly before they left. You could really tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job the right way. Thanks to Andy, Jose, and John, the house is now much more comfortable, and we truly appreciate the excellent service and quality workmanship they provided.

  normally don't post/write reviews often. This Company deserved a shout out! First time customer, had my home re-piped and installed new Halo water softener. Works great, once you own one you will not want to be without and much nicer than brand X. Jonathan was the lead on both jobs, very attentive, kept things running smoothly the two days they were here. The team that worked with Jonathan, Manny, Will & Kaleb worked very hard and accomplished a great job from start to finish. These guys know there job very well and all worked well as a team. My house was left in good standing order when they completed the entire job. There performance along with customer service was definitely a 5 Star! I will definitely not hesitate to call "Steves 5 Star Service" for any future service needed.Thanks guys!

  Purchased an A/C and heating unit with Steve’s 5 Star Service. Our purchase replaced our 20 year old units. The installation was great. Technician showed up on time and performed a great job. Fast forward to now. Our area has been having power outages more frequently and this was a major concern for my husband and I. During our maintenance check Matt suggested we get surge protectors for our units. We made a huge investment and we needed protection. As a result, I called and inquired about this. I received a call from Kevin, the manager, and scheduled a time for the installation. He discussed the importance of having surge protectors to protect the lifespan of our units and to also have peace of mind. I scheduled an installation and Matt came back to install them. My husband and I are grateful for Kevin, Matt, and the entire staff at this company. We highly suggest getting surge protectors if you have units from Steve’s 5 Star Service. Do not wait until it’s too late.
