  We had a great experience with Perry’s. They have a great selection and exceptional customer service. Michael was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had throughout the process. The installers were wonderful and paid great attention to detail. We definitely recommend Perry’s.

  Denise in Sales, Brian the owner, Angie in bill and the installers were fantastic service! You only truly know if you're getting great customer service when something goes wrong. Day of installation our new carpet had defect. Brain was right there before we knew there was a problem. He was working on the solution with the manufacturer immediately. He was able to cut a week off the expected arrival of our replacement carpet. Then they offered to install on their day off to speed up the process. We loved the finished project. And thank you Perry's Complete Floors in Upland, CA for helping us through the problem that wasn't their fault. Best Customer Service Ever! Highly recommend them!

  We had an incredible experience with Perry Floors. After a fiasco with a potential contractor, we walked into Perry and felt like FAMILY. Perry Floors and everyone who works there feel like a warm hug!!! From Denise and Marc walking us through every step, to Brian and his teams working tirelessly into the evening—we were loved and taken care of. Even the fact that I have a severe dust allergy (prior anaphylactic shock) was taken very seriously. The team was so kind with my nerves over this kind of project. Our home was METICULOUSLY clean after every day of work! Every single thought was attended to, and our home looks like a brand new house. My husband and I cannot recommend Perry Floors enough!!!
