  My first experience with Perry’s was outstanding and flawless. Took a chance on them when my go-to flooring person for the past 20 years couldn’t come through. Within 48 hours of my inquiry, Bryan Perry himself measured two properties that required a quick turnaround. And Michael Perry coordinated the simultaneous removal/installation of carpet, tiles, and laminate at both locations to meet my deadline - and finished ahead of schedule. They provided excellent customer service, material selection, and reasonable prices. Because they are family-owned and have been in the flooring business for decades, they maintain the highest quality control, especially of labor, by employing their own staff of installers. Michael at the Upland store was especially helpful - stayed in constant communication by phone and text throughout the project - I was kept apprised of the job status from start to finish, sometimes daily. His workers also went above and beyond to maintain the work areas free of dust, even covering the freshly carpeted stairs with furniture pads. Will definitely do business with them again. They are fantastic!

  Highly recommend Perry’s. They have excellent customer service. They are responsive, timely, advised on the type of flooring to get, and had excellent installers. We could not be more pleased with the finished result. They carpeted our downstairs and a stair case. Would definitely use again.

  Perry’s Complete Floors did an outstanding job installing our new floors. Mike and his entire team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

  I'm several weeks late in writing this, only because I went on vacation at the end of the job. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. I had apprehension going into the job. First, were they going to show after paying for half the job up front? And second, I have many tools in my garage. Were any of them going to disappear in the four days that the crew was here? These fears turned out to be unfounded. The installers, Daniel and his son, were diligent and honest Denise, my sales rep, did a great job. She is personable and thorough, even after the job was finished. The quality of the work, while not perfect, I would still rate with five stars. My one criticism would be that Perry's Floors is a little pricey. Having said that, I'm a true believer in you get what you pay for. I would attach the beautiful pictures of my home, BUT I do not wish to have my home furnishings on display on the internet. You understand
