  We had Chris help us out in an emergency today. Our door had collapsed and was unable to get our car out. Chris came on time to our aid, he was very courteous, smart, knowledgeable and quick. Excellent communication. He did a wonderful repair. Others gave ridiculous estimates for replacements which were not needed and unaffordable.Thank you Chris for your quality workmanship. Highly recommended. Eugene.W We had Chris come back the second time because there was a problem with the wall switch. He showed up as promised on time and remedied the situation. Certainly he is Interested in helping the client. Thank you Chris we can always count on you.

  Chris from Besser Garage Doors was excellent. They arrived on time, diagnosed everything and gave me different price options. The issue was resolved and I will definitely be calling Besser in the future with any garage door issues.

  Besser Garage Doors assigned DeShaun A-TS to handle my garage door opener service call. DeShaun was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Prior to the service call with him, I had met with 2 other different company representatives whose only interest was to sell me new garage door openers. I have 2 openers. DeShaun listened and recognized that I had researched the problem and understood what was necessary to make the necessary repair. The price was fair and adequate for the work that has to be done. He will order the part and return to install it. He only required half of the payment today to place the order. The remaining payment will be made when the repair is completed.

  I had called Besser Garage Doors to get an estimate on replacing the bottom seal on the garage door. Deshaun showed up during the window of time that I was given when making the appointment. He quickly assessed the situation and provided an estimate, while explaining each part of it to me. He also explained the different working parts of the garage door and provided a rough time frame for when each component would need to be replaced. He was very kind and patient with my questions. While I did not elect to move forward with the service today, I will say that my interaction with Deshaun reflects quite positively on the company and I will definitely call Besser Garage Doors when I need to repair or replace my garage door. Thank you!

  I had such a great experience with this company, and Deshaun in particular. My garage door opener quit this morning, and I was luckily able to get an emergency visit today. The company in general is communicative and clear in expectations, and we were given a window of time for our appointment. Deshaun texted and called to tell us he was on way. He immediately saw the problem and made suggestions for replacements, answered all my questions, and was very understanding of working within the rules and regulations of an HOA. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and obvious knowledge of this company. I will recommend them to anyone who needs it.
