They were brought in through an insurance claim to restore the home of a close family member after damage, and the entire experience was a disaster. The project was completely mismanaged—poor communication, incorrect materials, constant delays, and a complete refusal to take responsibility. Instead, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and repeatedly tried to gaslight us into believing their mistakes weren’t actually mistakes. They clearly prioritized cutting costs over quality, resulting in a poor final product. They also showed a complete lack of respect for the property—leaving it a mess, failing to protect belongings, and failing to secure the home. Rather than making things right, BluSky left us dealing with the consequences of their excuses and mismanagement. I highly recommend going with a different company.
