  I had an awesome experience with Elliot from Wiseway. Our Rinnai tankless water heater was giving us an error code 17 and not delivering any hot water, which we discovered at about 8:00 PM, so we figured we would have to wait until the morning to get any help. Our neighbor recommended we call Elliott who showed up at 10:00 PM to take a look at our water heater. He explained that the error code was a common issue and that he would try a hard reset by removing the front panel and pressing some buttons on then inside in a specific pattern. He explained how I could do this myself in the future and that if that didn’t work it was likely a blockage which he could fix. I’m not the most knowledgeable as far as plumbing goes, but he was extremely respectful, patient and thorough in his explanations. On top of that, he didn't even charge me for coming out at 10:00 PM! I will definitely be contacting him again anytime I have a plumbing need.

  I have to say that I was not happy with the first technician who arrived 😒 I was very happy to receive a response from the owners of the company who wanted to make it right. I was surprised that a manager showed up and right away went to work on our toilets. I cannot say enough for how Eric was willing and able to make it happen was very knowledgeable. He Ordered the parts needed for the installation of our toilet seat and installing the flush valve along with the flapper on both toilets. Eric is was a pleasure to have in our home and we have found a company we are going to be calling for any plumbing work in the future and we will be happy to recommend to all of our friends and family.

  I had a great experience with Elliot from Wiseway. Our Rinnai tankless water heater was giving us an error code 11 and not delivering any hot water. They are listed as an authorized service provider by the manufacturer and a locally based here in Torrance. I called them in the morning and they had availability to send a technician that same afternoon for a free estimate. Elliot, the company's senior technician arrived and explained that the error code was a common issue and that he would try a simple cleaning of the flame rods first which was likely to fix the problem. It took him about 15 minutes to do and as it turns out the rods were extremely dirty. He inspected the entire and unit and thoroughly explained how it worked and pointed out some areas of concern and made a few recommendations to fix some things that the original installer / builder did not do correctly. He was extremely respectful, careful with the equipment, and took his time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. When he made his recommendations, he was never pushy and never tried to "scare" me into saying yes to any services. He was really pleasant to talk to and when he was done, he didn't even charge me for the flame rod cleaning! He said just to consider them the next time we had plumbing needs. I really appreciated his service and was clearly very knowledgable about the plumbing system we had in our house.

  I called WiseWay Plumbing for a last minute plumbing concern and am SO GLAD I found them! Right off the bat, I highly appreciated that an actual human, Amanda, answered the phone to help with scheduling. She was so kind , very responsive, and even more efficient in her scheduling abilities! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Elliott then arrived at my home wow I thought that was Zach or Bryce was gonna say that same day, right on the scheduled time, and he went above and beyond any l other plumber we have ever hired! Elliott is extremely knowledgeable in the work he does, and did a PHENOMENAL JOB explaining the exact issue, as well as all the "whys" as to what was happening and how to prevent any future issues. He even gave further recommendations regarding how to overall keep our water safe, so we can be as healthy as possible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Again, EXTREMELY pleased with this company and the two employees that worked with us. WiseWay is hands down my new go-to plumbers, and I can genuinely say I would recommend them over ANY others 🤗 Thank you so much Elliott and Amanda, and thank you WiseWay Plumbing!
