  These guys/gals rock. Easy to schedule, actual humans on the phone, even followed up in the morning like they said when there was a hiccup. Non-emergency and still slotted in within a reasonable time today. Shout out to Eduardo, he was THE man today. Professional and knowledgeable, troubleshooted and fixed the problem quickly. Easily a repeat customer in the future when I eventually need assistance.

  After calling 2 plumbers that quoted me a replacement of our lines and cutting through a wall to install an access panel to fix what I felt was just a busted shower handle, I felt like they weren't being entirely forthcoming, so I called WiseWay. They initially cancelled on my initial appointment over the weekend, which was an inconvenience, but I felt they made up for it by sending Eduardo today from WiseWay, who had the parts in his truck and was able to simply repair it for less than half the price the other plumbers quoted for a major job.

  Eduardo fixed our sink that had been clogged for days and left a previous plumber searching for answers. Would definitely recommend his work to others in the future with sinks that constantly clog up.

  I was asleep when the tech came in...the job went well but that wasn't what caught my tired attention...he was speaking to my family as if he was family...I'm thankful you sent this guy cuz it's hard to find someone who is a total stranger and treats us as if we are sisters...our lives are already in a mess thank you Mr. Plumber for helping our messy situation!! Great job Wise Way!!!

  This company is awesome. I called them to come out and do a maintenance on my tankless hot water heater. I’ve had it for over 10 years and never serviced it.The upfront communication is superb. I had a window of 1 to 5. About 1:15 I got a text saying the tech was on his way. And I got a call from the office telling me he was on his way too. Eduardo was very friendly and honest. The water heater only services a small part of my house and has had a water softener ahead of it it’s whole life. Since my tankless water heater was over 10 years old and had never been serviced he recommended just leaving it alone. He said servicing it, and trying to decalcify at this point may cause it to leak. He said there was really no reason to take that risk and just keep using it as long as it last. He said the fact it’s lightly used and we have a water softener is probably the reason we’ve had it so long and it’s been trouble free.Needless to say, I was amazed at that diagnosis. And the best part is, he didn’t even charge me. I didn’t think that level of honesty and customer service still existed. But it’s alive and well with this company. I highly recommend them.
