  The initial service call to Soo Hipp Plumbing was for a toilet stoppage. Turns out roots were inside the drain pipe under the slab floor. Soo Hipp excavated the existing sewer line in the front yard and installed a new exterior sewer cleanout to provide direct access to the sewer system. They descaled and hydro jet approximately 25 feet of the existing cast-iron sewer line to properly prepare the pipe for rehabilitation. Then, installed approximately 25 linear feet of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner, creating a new seamless structural pipe within the existing cast-iron sewer line. During the same service, Soo Hipp performed hydro jet service on existing 2-inch ABS kitchen cleanout. Then performed a comprehensive descaling service to remove accumulated scale, grease, corrosion, and other debris from the interior walls of the pipe. A two-part epoxy pipe coating was then applied to this 2 inch pipe. The Soo Hipp Team was outstanding. Ed Jones was clear and precise in describing the process and the cost. He also offered options from which we can choose from. Joseph, the technician, who did the work on our pipes was great. He and the team arrived on time, kept us informed the during the whole four day process. He and the team were very neat, professional and careful of our property. We highly recommend Soo Hipp.

  Amazing service. Called two previous plumbers who weren’t able to properly snake the drain due to odd construction, but Hugo was able to properly unclog and free the drain of any blockage! 10/10 recommend!

  We had a lot of work done with Soo Hipp and the experience was easy from the initial quote to the final inspections for city permits. The work included whole house repiping (water and drain lines), a trenchless repair of our sewage line (CIPP), installation of clean-outs, hose bibs, Moen leak detection unit, irrigation stub-out, bathroom fixtures, and many other miscellaneous items. Eddie was very thorough in our interactions, answering all of our questions and working with us to ensure that the work was completed according to our expectations. He was transparent with pricing and stayed true to the initial estimate. We were able to promptly begin work and although we encountered some challenges with changing city regulations, Eddie adapted well and promptly coordinated with city inspectors and his team to obtain updated appropriate permits. He made sure that our concerns were addressed throughout it all and provided closed loop communication on project progress. Hugo was also an instrumental part of the team in making sure that everything was done well and up to code. Overall we're very satisfied with the work done and will look to Soo Hipp in the future for our plumbing needs.
