  Roger was great. He did a professional job. Rather pricey though to replace a few short pipes. But nevertheless Roger was the best.

  Excellent service!! Technician, Roger, was quick, clean, very professional and explained each step very well. I’d call and request him again in the future. All phone contacts for scheduling and billing info were both very professional and easy as well.

  I’m very happy with the service of Soo Hipp Plumbing. The team kept me informed of the schedule and estimated arrival time. My technician, Jose, was very kind, highly skilled, and professional, and he solved the problem. Pricing was fair and transparent and my plumbing issue was solved. They did work for another family member as well, who recommended them. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

  Soo Hoo Plumbing came and hopefully fixed the issue with our drains backing up so fast although we jet clean them often. It seems that certain areas of the line were iron and needed scale cleaning to removed the build up. Although the work wasn't cheap if it fixes it problem it should be worth it.
