Beto did a great job understanding the situation and was able to figure out that just some light maintenance and cleaning would solve the problem. I've used Sal's plumbing many times in the past and will continue to use them.

- LBLena Becerra BartilottiJul 23, 20261.0I’m on day 24 of a 5-7 day full repipe with this company and there is no end in sight. We have a four plex and all our tenants are miserable. We will have to take on significant costs in rent credits for the major inconvenience to our tenants. After 3 weeks of work, we found pipes partially replaced when they said they were completely replaced! Some went from new copper, welded to old copper and then back to new copper! The pipes to the showers were left with 3-4 feel of old copper. When we asked them to FULLY replace the pipes they said they would have to replace the shower valves and that would be $1,200 each in addition to what we were quoted. So to complete the job after almost a month, they’re telling us pay thousands more. The company is too disorganized to handle large projects. I would stay far away from this company for any major work.

Beto from Sal's went above and beyond the other plumbers as he helped us actually find the leak (instead of simply suggesting a total repipe like the other guys). Beto did a great job with the repair and was easy to contact throughout the entire process. If we ever have an issue again, we are calling Beto again! Sal's is the best!
