  Not Happy with this company at all. What started out as an E15 error code (e15 is a draining issue with a very expensive Bosch Dishwasher) ended with a machine that does not work at all. The company claims there was excessive rat intrusions in the area and a nest that was built underneath the dishwasher was the reason for the dysfunction. According to Carter Services the wires had been chewed through from rodent infestation. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!!!!!! Before they laid hands on the machine, my dishwasher was still turning on and off. I could unplug it and it would merely reset itself. The lights of the machine were still working, and the motor was still in working order. I'm going to agree there was rat issues in the past and I cleaned up that problem 2 years ago. My husband and I stuffed (although not glamorous) mountains of steel wool to discourage any additional activity. We spent several months with a professional company trapping, setting out poison, and sealing holes around the home. We have NOT had issues with rodents in over 2'years. The technician spent 2 days at my home trying to figure out the issue before he finally walked away and told me it's not worth fixing the item. I should consider getting another dishwasher. To have to pay another $1200 for this top of the line machine that is only 4 years old is Absurd. Carter Services did return the service fee of $300, but now I'm out of a $1200 machine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience with Carter Services, especially with Raul! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing our plumbing issues. He took the time to carefully inspect everything and discovered corrosion around our pipes that we weren’t aware of. Raul was also very quick and efficient when swapping out our faucet and fixing our water piping. He clearly knew what he was doing and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We really appreciate Raul’s expertise and excellent service. Highly recommend Carter Services and Raul for anyone needing professional plumbing work!

  This is literally the biggest rip off of a services company. I purchased my annual membership, and they told me the "service calls" would be included, no parts and no labor (small discount for labor which is really expensive with them). Turns out, the "service call" included is basically the drive over to your house, as the "diagnostics" otherwise known as the estimate, is NOT included. I have called 3 or 4 times about my washer, they have told me what to do and I am hoping eventually the washer works well, we'll see. I called them about my dishwasher. The technician came and told us the pump was broken but did not have it with him, so he was going to come back in a couple of days. He came back with the pump, and it turned out it was not the pump as there was a piece of glass that was blocking the drain. He removed it and left. Next thing, I get charged $343 for "Appliance Labor for service & repair". My independent plumber would have given the right diagnostic from the get go, and prob charged me 1/2 of this "Grand Slam Membership" pricing. Do yourself a HUGE favor, find a good plumber, find a good electrician, and call them when you need them - these memberships end up costing you way more than having a trusted person you can reach out to. Signed, a very disappointed "Grand Slam Membership" never-again client. I also have been waiting for a manager to call me back the whole afternoon .. crickets ...

  I will always use Carter Services from now on. I used Reliable Services last year to fix my stove and dishwasher. The repairman said he fixed my stove, but he didn’t. He said the delay in the started was just a little slow, all I had to do is give it time. He just cleaned the stove and charged me over $200. Then he said the dishwasher needed a new heating element for $500. I thought for that price I could get a new dishwasher. I called Carter Services and the repairman said I had a piece of plastic stuck in the dishwasher no need to replace anything. By the time he left the dishwasher was running like new. Carter Services don’t lie. They do the job well and quickly.

  As the co founder of a real estate team for 36 years, I have referred Carter services. This visit was for my own home. I have a tankless water heater that really should be serviced every year and time got away from me. The tech Steven Garcia came today and was very pleasant, he put on booties and calmly took care of this. He also inspected the whole venting system and pointed out things that should be done for long term maintenance. He was able to email me an estimate on the spot. I got notified when he me know how far away he was. Always helpful when you have a 4 hour window. I also had Joshua check my heater, change the filters and he also tested the Mitsubishi mini spits. New was Lovely as well, and I’m very pleased at the service and the boat and most importantly, the techs!!! One cautionary and important thing to note when calling them. They have implemented an AI scheduling platform. I spent over 30 minutes “talking” to AI who scheduled 3 different services. It was never right and I called back the next day and spoke with Frances, a 20 year employee. AI had scheduled me on a Saturday and they don’t work Saturdays! Talk to Jennie or Frances; talk to a real person when you call!
