  Lance and Merlin were both incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely wonderful to work with. I’m so happy with the service I received from both of them. At this point, it’s been about three or four months, and I honestly can’t even remember which one helped with the electrical work and which one helped with the dishwasher, but what I absolutely remember is how kind and patient they both were. They took the time to answer every single question I had, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I actually understood what was going on. That kind of service matters so much to me. The fact that I’m coming back months later specifically to write this review probably says the most. I was that happy with the experience, and I genuinely felt like they deserved their flowers. I would be very happy to work with either of them again and would absolutely recommend them.

  We arrived at the house and noticed a bucket full of water almost ready to overflow under the bathroom sink. We called Carter Services and the operator was attentive and helpful. She scheduled a technician to come between 2-5 pm to attend to our problem and told us he would text us before arriving. She also made a special note of my concern about a possible wall leak that I had mentioned. Jeremiah texted us @ 15 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty hose that needed replacement and replaced that for us. Then he diagnosed the wall issue and reassured us that it did not look like a plumbing leak and offered options to test the moisture level in the wall. Jeremiah was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

  Plumber Jeremiah was really fantastic. Suggested what I needed and what I probably did not for a washer drain to a new utility sink. I supplied sink and it did not fit exactly so he had to make adjustments/cuts that I could not have done. Checked for leaks twice before leaving. great experience.

  True repair technician, Sergio, found and diagnosed the problem immediately after another service just said the motor is shot, the unit is old, replace it. The motor is fine. My power source was dropping to low enough voltage that the defrost system was not able to de-ice the coils. They were iced over enough to prevent air flow. The other guys never looked at them…

  It was my pleasure to have Ray Sanchez come to my home today and fix the plumbing problem to clear the line from the kitchen to the bathtub because previous company was gonna charge me a lot of money that I couldn’t afford and so they found the real problem and it was misdiagnosed by the previous company
