  Our house recently underwent a complete renovation, and one of the biggest projects was replacing our entire heating and air conditioning system. Since this was a major investment, we wanted to make sure we chose the right company. We contacted several HVAC companies, scheduled multiple estimates, and carefully compared pricing, equipment, warranties, and customer service before making our decision. After meeting with Carter Heating & Air Conditioning, we knew they were the company we wanted to work with. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, professional, and responsive. We were scheduled quickly, and our sales representative, Jamie, was exceptional. Jamie took the time to thoroughly evaluate our home, explain every option available, and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us choose the best system for our home rather than simply making a sale. His professionalism and expertise gave us complete confidence that we were making the right decision. After comparing all of the estimates we received, Carter Heating & Air Conditioning not only had the best price, but they also offered the highest level of customer service. Knowing they have been serving the community for over 40 years made us feel even more confident that we were working with a company that truly stands behind its work. The installation crew was outstanding. They arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, treated our home with great care, and kept everything clean throughout the installation. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none. They worked seamlessly as a team, were respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. What really impressed us was their commitment even after the installation was complete. Every time the city came out for an inspection, Carter made sure one of their experienced technicians was on-site to meet with the inspector, answer any technical questions, and ensure everything passed inspection without any issues. That level of customer service and dedication is something you don’t see very often and speaks volumes about the company and the quality of their work. Once everything was finished, they walked us through the new system, explained how it worked, and made sure we were completely comfortable before leaving. The entire process from the initial consultation to the final inspection was organized, stress-free, and exceeded every expectation we had. Looking back on our entire home renovation, choosing Carter Heating & Air Conditioning was one of the best decisions we made. They delivered outstanding value, exceptional workmanship, and customer service that went above and beyond.   Made an appointment with Carter Services yesterday to repair my microwave. An AI assistant assured me they repaired Lg microwaves, gave me a 2:00-6:00 pm window and told me that the tech would call or text before he came. I kept calling to make sure the tech was coming, and I was assured he was. HE NEVER CAME. I waited for 4 hours. Apparently, no one bothered to tell the AI assistant that THE BUSINESS WAS CLOSED YESTERDAY AND THAT THERE WERE NO APPOINTMENTS!!!! Never again.

  I’m in my second year of the annual maintenance plan. The technician was very good. But, I was disappointed that the FAU filter was an extra cost item because the 4” filter is considered “special” even though a filter replacement is listed in the maintenance agreement. Last year, it was installed at no extra cost. Just another reason to consider when I decide to renew a relatively expensive plan.

  Our electrician Lance Raby was great. Went above and beyond. He gave me a lot of information about the electrical in our new home. Especially potential problems and solutions. Extremely talented in his craft. And a really nice guy. I highly recommend him. John Francis

  James came through for us! We have been using Carter Services for years. We recently had a challenging situation with our stove top. It required many parts and hours of labor. James got it done! The stovetop is working so well. It's like we have a whole new oven. Thank you, James, for going the extra mile! Much appreciated!
