  Pasqual was on time, very courteous, respectful of my property, and thorough in conducting a routine inspection of my A/C system, complete with photos. He checked the vents in the attic and spotted a minor issue with condensation that I will schedule to be addressed soon. He thoroughly power washed out the built up sand inside of the outside fan and left it as good as new. I am very pleased with Timo’s excellent service and will be calling for all of my future A/C and plumbing service needs.

  Very disappointing experience. Timo’s is a service-minded company, and the people are nice and professional. However, I feel they overcharge significantly. My AC stopped working, and they came quickly and replaced a part. I was charged $475 for about 15 minutes of work, while the part itself costs around $32 at Home Depot. My advice is: if you can find out what the problem is, try to fix it yourself or find another company that charges a more reasonable price. I would not recommend Timo’s.

  Franky is superior in every way. He arrived right on schedule both days. Friendly, courteous, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable in answering my questions. He carefully listened to my concerns and promised to relay them to Timo's management. I have a follow-up appointment scheduled for in the morning and I sincerely hope Franky will be providing this service. Franky really knows how to put customers at ease. Highest recommendation and thanks!

  My AC burnt out in the night and I called first thing in the morning on a FRIDAY and they got a tech named Jose out THAT AFTERNOON! He was courteous and professional and after diagnosing the problem he carefully explained what needed to be done and what it would cost. He had it working in no time for the exact price that was quoted. I definitely recommend Timos and will use them in the future!

  Just had HVAC maintenance with the company that installed the system two years ago. The system was doing fine, BUT items out of warranty (current controller and amperage (?)) needed to be replaced soon at a cost of close to 1k. For a system that is two years old, the company should eat the cost because now I am cynical at those components the installed. If the system was five years old, I would consider the recommendation but how it was presented really was suspect.
