  Josue was the technician who handled my service call. Prior, communication beginning with the placement of my call to the office, to text and email reminders was appreciated and not over intrusive. He arrived well within the promised time slot and was very personable. This was a service call for a check up and he discovered three issues all of which he succinctly explained to me accompanied with pictures. There was no up-sell pressure as he clearly explained the cost and benefits of becoming a member; all of which made fiscal sense and which I purchased. I researched the numerous AC companies here in the desert and am very happy with my choice.

  I had met Frank at a friend's house when he was servicing their air conditioning and was impressed with his knowledge and information about what he was doing so we asked for him to come service our air conditioning. He's able to explain things so we understand them and was very thorough in his work process and I thought very impressive.

  Had another excellent experience with Timo’s! They had a cancellation and moved my July 17 service date up to today. Ramon the technician was very respective of the home, did the needed system checks and was on his way. They installed our replacement furnace and AC unit a few years ago ago, always excellent service!

  Was not Happy with service call. The Technician Manuel came and was in our attic Not even 5-10 minutes and found the Surge Protector Strip was surging and tripping the switch off. After that I was going to be charged Service Call Fee $89.00 which I was fine with . What really upset me is that I was also being charged $185.00 RESET fee to basically push a button. My total was $274.00 . It seemed not right . After calling the office speaking with the lady that I spoke to said that she couldn't remove the service/diagnostic fee. And the tech said he is not supposed to leave until he received payment. So he just sit in his vehicle until the office called him back or me. so I had to keep calling two or three times to talk to somebody about the bill and they said they couldn't do anything about it but after back and forth they removed the $89 fee but still charged me the $185 for a reset fee . WAY OVER PRICED! And I never received a bill or Receipt in the email as promised.

  From my first phone call at 1:45 to the technician leaving at 3:50 today ( 6/15/26) service was FANTASTIC. The office connected me with a technician for a 4-6 pm appointment. They texted me and emailed me updates. I got a call around 3 pm that he could be early. Nicholas came, assessed the probelm and fixed in a short amount of time. I am not a person who buys a service contract. The rate was so fair and I was so pleased with their service standards I said Yes Please. I already referred them to a neighbor for an annual service plan. Thank you.
