  Had an issue with the air conditioning setting and Timo responded immediately and sent a technician within a little more than an hour. Really appreciate Romeo’s response and assistance in solving our problem! We have employed Timo’s for years, installing new hot water tank, new furnace, new a/c, etc and have always been happy with any of their services and technicians

  I got a text reminding me of our appointment the day before. On the morning of the appointment, I got a text with a link so I could track the tech and a picture of the tech. The tech showed up in a pressed uniform, was polite and professional. He performed his work and explained all of it to me. A super experience and one I don't often get. We are very satisfied.

  Timo's is just fantastic. Fernando was out yesterday to inspect/perform maintenance on our air conditioning unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable providing very clear easy to understand explanations of what he was going to do, why and what he did or did not find. I can't recommend him and Timo's more highly. Look forward to having them out again to check on the furnace in November. Thank you again Fernando and Timo's!!!

  Franky arrived on time for our annual A/C tune-up in preparation for another hot summer in the desert. He worked efficiently and checked every component and corrected a noisy condensor. After an hour of TLC, the system was clean and ship-shape for another year of service. Franky was courteous and cheerful and did not try to hard sell us on parts and services. Timo's installed the Trane A/C in 2009 and it has handled our triple digit temperatures flawlessly since.

  Juan Serrano is the plumber who did a maintenance check as well as checking for any possible indicators for a substantial leak or increase in water consumption. He did a thorough check and made some changes such as the amount of toilet water usage. He decreased the volume of water by an inch or so. Juan also found and gave/showed us data about the current water meter readings. He was a wealth of information. He did inform us that he was instructor in plumbing. We appreciated all the information, recommendations and solutions given to us. He also had some previous experience in the area of pools, very helpful. We are members of Timo’s HVAC & Plumbing service, so we were eligible for a discount in future services. A+++
