- DFDebbie F2 days ago5.0I highly recommend this company. They responded immediately to a leak, which I thought was coming from the air conditioner. When Steven, the technician, determined that it was not an A/C leak, he continued checking inside and outside the home. He took photos that I could share with a plumber. He contacted his manager who recommended a plumber to fix the leak. The plumber will be here within the hour.

He was able to service my ac unit and fix the problem I was having. Michael was very respectful of my home and was a very kind hard working young man. Replaced all the decaying duct work in the hot desert sun for the better part of the day so I really comment their work ethic. Any mess was cleaned up before they finished and left. They were very quick to service us as soon as we inquired and now after an old AC failure we are nice and cool again with a unit that Paul himself even negotiated a deal for. If ever I had another AC issue I know I'd come back to the hard working crew of Paul's

They scheduled a technician for 10pm-12am and Ivan showed up around 9:15pm. He called when on his way. He was very nice, went to check up the condenser unit on the roof real quick. Turned out the capacitor for the compressor was dead. Ivan explained to me what happened, tested the dead capacitor, showed the price of new part on the tablet and then changed it real quick. The AC run right away. Everything was done in 30 mins. Ivan was very professional, nice and on time. They came even on a Sunday night. Would definitely recommend to anyone. You guys rock.
