- MHM. HarmonSep 30, 20265.0Thank you, Eddie, for your expertise diagnosing a complicated issue with our zoning system! We appreciate all your help.
- CLCal LackmonSep 30, 20265.0Eddie was great. He is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC operating systems and how to explore and troubleshoot issues and make recommendations on how to repair our damper system.
- KSKarin silkSep 28, 20265.0Had a great experience with Eddie. He explained what was done and potential improvements needed. Very professional and informative.
- KHKevin HandleySep 18, 20261.0Paul Mitchell installed the original system. I had problems with the system failing from the start. This most recent problem was a control board that failed. This is a Lennox product and Lennox provided a new board. However, I had to use Paul Mitchell for the replacement. They charged me $495 for the tech to replace and configure the board, about two hours his time for the install. I found another company that has helped with HVAC work, including fixing the problems from the original Paul Mitchell installation. Unfortunately, they could not replace the board as it was a RMA from Lennox.. If you are looking for HVAC work, keep looking you can find better.
- JGJessica GarciaSep 16, 20265.0Iván Jiménez, Iván Puentes, and Juan Sevilla Where my technicians for the installation of a furnace and air conditioning unit. They were all very professional, communicated in a timely matter, and explained the steps within the process when inquired. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
