  I can’t recommend Mendez AC & Heating highly enough, and especially Devon, the technician who came out to help us. Devon was fantastic. He quickly identified what was causing the problem and had everything sorted within an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, straightforward and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. It was such a relief to finally have the issue properly diagnosed and fixed without being pushed toward unnecessary or expensive work. Excellent service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be calling Mendez AC & Heating again, and asking for Devon!

  We were having problems with an erratic AC thermostat with a mind of its own. We called on Mendez and were impressed with how quickly he resolved the issue. As out of state home owners, it’s difficult being so far away when problems arise especially during the scorching summer months. Now that we have a maintenance agreement with Mendez we have peace of mind knowing that we now have a reliable and trustworthy expert available to keep everything working as it should even when we’re not there. Thanks Victor!

  Rarely do you get honest, quick, professional service nowadays. But Mendez is all of the above and more. Marcos arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes and made the repairs quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mendez to anyone and I would never use anyone else. 5 stars.

  Paid $150 for a diagnostic fee for the technician to come out and quote me $16,000 for a new system. I had another company come an hour later and just found the drain line clogged. This company came out, saw it's an aged system, and didn't bother making any effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately $150 paid for nothing done. I attempted to communicate with them and they claimed they attempted to unclog, but their invoice also didn't state that. No good.

  We had Carlos out today from Mendez AC. Our air went out last night around 10, and we struggled thru the muggy hot nite, and called it in in the am. Carlos arrived and called ahead for the appt. He was able to determine our blower was the culprit. It was the issue, and we had him install a new one and check our system out completely. All performed in a stellar way, and very polite. We like contractors that are down to earth, and know their stuff. So we will continue to use Mendez as our Hvac team in the future, and Carlos too if available. 5 stars !!!!!
