- ARAndrew Raei6 days ago5.0Excellent experience. Scheduling was easy and coordination with timing to get air, ducts, cleaned, and new air purifier built-in to the main system. Jorge and Edwardo showed up on time and we’re very efficient and respectful. Thank you, Mendez air-conditioning.
- RSRafael V SuarezSep 29, 20265.0Mendez AC and Heat did a replacement of my AC outdoor condenser and the indoor evaporator coil with Lennox components for your 5-ton AC system (under home warranty). It was a challenging install, the indoor space was very tight. Mendez' work was all professional and well-done, even removal of old equipment no problems. So far the new equipment is cooling well. Recommend.
- BBBob BogardSep 24, 20265.0I have a short term rental property and two days before my renter was to check in, the blower on my AC unit went out. I called Mendez and they were able to immediately dispatch David who was prompt and personable. He quickly assessed the issue, ordered a part we set up an installation for the next day. By 9 am the following day the issue was resolved and did not impact my rental. David is a great representative of the company and communicated well and often during the process. I was very pleased with Mendez and I will always request David to work on future problems.
- AAAlinSep 21, 20265.0Their response was quick. Devin Mcquinn, their technician, was conscientious and thorough and patiently answered my numerous question. He showed me pictures of my units and the work he did on them and gave me an analysis of what to look forward to in the future. This was my first time using Mendez and I happily joined their family of customers by purchasing an annual service plan.
- EPEvan Parker-CalderonSep 19, 20265.0Mendez AC & Heating was the only company that would send someone out after 8:00 p.m. on a Friday when our air conditioner went out. Devin McQuinn was our technician. He arrived earlier than expected, was very friendly and professional, and got us up and running in no time. Well I don't wish anyone AC problems in the middle of summer on a Friday night, Mendez and Devin do right by us.
