  I checked a couple of different HVAC companies to repair my 3 ton system. Not all AC companies are built the same. MENDEZ AC was thorough, punctual and knowledgeable. David was particularly helpful and Jorge was amazing doing his job in the sweltering heat. On time, cleaned up after work, personable and cost was very fair! Thank you Mendez staff - everyone from the office to the tech staff were great! I def recommend this company and will use them again! Five gold stars!

  George, Rigger & Devin were outstanding in the quality of their work and customer service on the job... i had a new mini split put in and it was not a small job... they worked hard and fast all day preforming many specialty jobs, wiring, copper and PVC, sheet metal work, soldering and I.T. setting me up with the phone apps and new thermostat... yes, i would recommend a friend.   Not happy with there service they try to sale you unit instead trying to fix the unit you have . Also when I call them they came took look tell me I need a new furnace when was onlythe blower in my furnace to fix . Not happy with my furnace at all then my fan ran out night inside the first night the ac never cycle it ran all day . And also there emplyoess mess up my house trying to bring the unit threw the garage I feei should shop around before going with them.. . And not go with the first company even though they are family owned how they even got rated the stars I think they do more service that installations I feel the workers aren't that experience.i really not happy with the furnace and service. I wanted more of powerful unit . And they think they can take advantage of woman on sale them furnace .my old was way more powerful than this and this one is always running not cycling. They should give me a bette furnace. .

  HVAC service made easy! Excellent communication from the start of the process to get my mini split unit fixed. Victor and Devin were awesome. They called to check-in as they were making their way to my house. Also, I received a text and an email that the technicians were on their way. When they arrived, they were both right at it to fix the issue and were done within about an hour. Both were knowledgeable and were very detailed with their explanation on the issues my unit had, and answered all my questions. For fair, friendly and reliable service I would definitely recommend going with Mendez Air Conditioning over the other guys in the Coachella Valley.

I was incredibly fortunate to be selected as the winner of their giveaway for their 25th anniversary, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Jacob and his team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and treated my home with care and respect. The quality of their work was outstanding, and it’s obvious they take great pride in what they do. What impressed me most was how genuine and caring everyone was throughout the process.
