  Com Last week, wouldn’t you know it, my AC stopped working on what was to be the hottest week of the year. I really had no idea who to call, so l went with the guys who had the most positive online reviews. That’s not always the best approach, but it sure worked out in this case. I’m going to skip all the details, and just tell that these folks are absolutely amazing. Their responsiveness is elite (2 hours from my first call); they knew what they were doing. and did it quickly. Special shouts-outs: - Fernando: great guy - super knowledgeable. - The CSR’s: patient and incredibly helpful. - They lent me a portable AC until my new system was installed. Job well done. Thank you Comfort Air!

  Had a not-as-cool AC running in our condo, and Comfort Air was able to come as soon as possible to assist in diagnosing and fixing the minor issue. Communications were excellent, providing both email and texts, and they include a photo of the technician assigned. Christian was a fantastic technician, who was very kind and respectful of our property. Office staff who took our call were also kind and ensured we understood their pricing and time frame for the visit. This all made for an easy interaction at our home.

  hello my name is John Moore and I want to send a review on Comfort air the incredible service that I received from my client. I always recommend comfort air because they’re so dependable. It is Sunday and almost impossible to get someone to come out and check on the weekends and they were there within 25 minutes. I am the realtor for My client‘s home that is supposed to be closing in a few days and I noticed that the air was not working at the capacity it was when we put the offer in. The problem was solved immediately. I did not pay for the estimate the Clients did so I cannot comment on the pricing

  We had an issue with one of our AC units at our pet facility, and it was extremely important that we got it repaired as quickly as possible. Our technician provided outstanding service from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that a belt had failed. He identified exactly what part was needed, located it, and got everything taken care of so that our AC was back up and running the very next day. Working in a pet facility, having reliable air conditioning is extremely important for the comfort and safety of the animals in our care. We truly appreciate how quickly he responded, diagnosed the issue, and got the repair completed. Excellent service, knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable. We will absolutely be requesting him for our future AC service and repairs. We highly recommend him! Thank you Alex!

  Our AC stopped working at 6:00pm when it was 111 degrees and many HVAC repair companies were already closed or closing for the day. I called several places and they couldn’t come out that day, but Comfort Air was willing to come out in two hours. Cristian figured out the problem immediately and had all the tools and parts to fix it on the spot. He also figured out why the problem and happened in the first place and was able to make some repairs to avoid future problems. He stayed until 10pm at night and our house never got above 86 degrees. He was very professional and did excellent work. We will definitely be using Comfort Air for all future HVAc work.
