  Jermaine and Tolo came out after I called Comfort Air because an upstairs apartment was flooding water into my retail space below. Jermaine was amazing and dedicated and determined to resolve the problem. Tolo arrived and helped get the problem isolated and parts b purchased and work done to solve the problem completely. Could not recommend them more. Fantastic effort and work by dedicated professionals. Thank you gentlemen! Thank you Comfort Air!

  Six years ago we had our AC unit installed by Comfort Air. Since then, they have been more than amazing in their repairs, maintenance and just overall care of our AC unit. We would especially like to thank Adrian Contreras, one of their technicians who has truly gone above and beyond as It is a rarity to find such care and concern nowadays. He has been very patient in answering all our questions and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. We have been very appreciative of Adrian.He has been amazing and I would highly recommend Comfort Air for any services that you may need. We are so confident in Comfort Air that we have recommended them to two of our family members and they have also installed Comfort Air AC units.

  MY SERVICE TECH JOSHUA A. WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING 🙌🏾MY AC WENT OUT AND IN DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA THAT KIND OF THING IS AN AUTOMATIC DEATH SENTENCE. JOSHUA A. WAS NOT ONLY ON TIME, BUT HE SHOWED UP WITH THE BEST ATTITUDE, ENERGY AND SMILE ANYONE COULD HAVE WHICH I APPRECIATED SO MUCH BEING THAT I WAS MISERABLE ENOUGH ALREADY DUE TO MY AC BEING OUT ALL NIGHT AND IT BEING 85 DEGREES AND CLIMBING INSIDE MY HOUSE. HE WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH, HE EDUCATED ME STEP BY STEP ON EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING, HE DIAGNOSED ME, FIXED MY CAPACITOR AND HAD ME UP AND RUNNING LIKE A CHAMP💪🏾 THANK YOU JOSHUA A.   We recently had two repairs done to the water line coming into our home from the street. Tolo Ofisa arrived at our home same day (it was late in the afternoon when we saw the leak), and was able to fix the leak. A few weeks later, a second, worse leak appeared near the first repair. We called Comfort Air in a panic, and the woman who answered my phone shared my urgency, and got someone to come to our house immediately. A half hour later, Tolo arrived, shut the water off at the street, checked our home for possible water damage (there was none), and began the repair. He first installed a second ball valve so we could keep the water on in the house while he made the repair (which was in a pipe feeding the irrigation system). We didn't ask for that...he just knew it would be helpful for us now and in the future. The repair was done within an hour. Tolo told us there would be no charge. I must admit that I wondered if the second leak was related to the earlier leak and repair, even though Tolo explained that was not the case. But we never had to raise that concern. Tolo and Comfort Air had the integrity to cover the cost anyway. Tolo clearly was more concerned about our satisfaction and the company's reputation than a few extra bucks. That's just incredibly refreshing! This is the way you develop life-long customers. Believe the commercials you see on TV! It really is an easy choice. Thanks again, Tolo!

  We had Chris Armijo from Comfort Air come out for an annual plumbing check on our home & detached Casita. Chris highly suggested a Moen Smart Water System. (We had a hot water leak in our Master bathroom the week before his visit). We researched his recommendations of the Moen Smart System: posting a copy of the following: BEST for App/User Experience: Flo by Moen Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff. It is highly recommended for its user-friendly app, fast learning, and ability to reduce water damage claims by 96%. Proactive Protection: These systems not only alert you but can shut off the water instantly if a pipe bursts, preventing significant property damage. Insurance Discounts: Many insurers offer premium discounts for installing these systems. Decided to get the installation to prevent another water disaster like we had last week! We will be getting a reimbursement check from our home insurance once we provide them the paid invoice and photo of our new installed system. We feel the investment will be well worth the peace of mind and a Win Win decision 🌟 We were very satisfied with Chris's professional work ethics and we highly recommend Chris's services.
