  I cannot recommend Luis Renteria enough. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and very easy to talk to. It’s rare to find someone who is both a true expert at their job and so wonderfully friendly. Thank you for making an unexpected broken air conditioner evaluation so stress-free. He is installing a new air conditioner tomorrow.

  I did extensive research before choosing the comfort air team, and it paid off! My 27yo A/C caught fire and left us in 110 degree heat, they came out immediately, negotiated a fair price, and installed my new system the very next day, we were back in comfort the next evening, the installers Cody and Abraham were true magicians getting the heat exchanger into the attic, their work was professional and they were friendly and respectful of my property. I’m still in the final inspection and permitting process which they provided proof it has been submitted, I expect nothing less than a successful completion. From the polite office staff to the technicians I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

  Trenton was exactly the technician I hoped for from Comfort Air. He arrived on my property and introduced himself and said, “let’s get you some cool air.” Trenton diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced my capacitor and my unit was up and cooling my home in short order. Afterwards, I welcomed him into my home and he reviewed how he fixed my unit and the cost and went over any additional options to make sure my unit stayed in good working order. I will request Trenton on future AC needs. Thx!

  Thank you so much for your excellent service - we arrived home after a long trip and found that our Air Conditioner had not been working and it was over 100' - it was 10:00 at night - we called and got an imediate response andwere kept in the loop as they located help. Jon, the tech on duty was at another site and came directly over to our home as soon at it was completed. It was a complext fix but he worked until he found the issue and we were cooling by 12:30 that evening - I can't say enough about our technician and the person manning the help line - very professional and excellent service. Highly recommend this team Thom and Deb

Christian, the air-conditioning technician, provided exceptional service during the extreme heat. He was professional, courteous, and very patient throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain the assessment process and clearly outlined the issues he discovered with our system. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions made the experience much easier and less stressful. Living in the desert, reliable air conditioning is essential, and I cannot imagine how difficult it must be for those without it during these temperatures.
