  You NEED to buy your floor from West Coast Flooring! My parents bought a new home to retire in/downsize and was going to be a big move. Things went less then planned with so many escrow issues from them selling their house and delays on buying their new home from escrow negligence. All this to say, that the WCF team was OVERLY accommodating to the delays and moving timelines throughout the process, when they absolutely did not need to be and was not their problems, but the continually accommodated changes with a smile! Once we got all the homes sold/purchased, the WCF team sent the full crew and got almost the entire home done in a day so my parents could move in on time they originally hoped for, even with the delays in closing their new home. Big shoutout/ thank you to Frank in the store for working with us, and making sure we were always taken care of and reducing our risks of loss throughout this process and also to Jim/Jason and the install team, you guys are amazing and take such high pride in your work, and it shows! We will ONLY return to WFC when we have any flooring needs and 1000% will recommend them to anyone and everyone that’s looking for flooring. Probably one of the best experiences we have ever had with any home project. THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND THANK YOU again WCF!

  We’ve completed two separate projects with West Coast Flooring and have had great experiences both times. Flooring is great quality and Frank and his installation team were extremely professional to work with.

  I had the carpet replaced recently. The process was smooth and price was better than local competitors. After the install we noticed some dimples or bumps when walking barefoot. West coast sent an inspector out who identified a manufacturing defect in the pad and worked relentlessly with the manufacturer to address the issue. After claims were approved West Coast sent the crew out to replace the pad at no cost to me. I am very happy with this installer and the fact that they supported me thoroughly to insure I was satisfied.

  You should really tell your drivers to be more careful while driving. Had a guy going 85 on my ass. I’m a mom with a child in my car it’s a Wednesday 130 pm on the 15 south and driving like a maniac- DO BETTER

  West Coast Flooring installed LVP flooring in three rooms in my house. Frank was the salesman I dealt with. He is extremely personable and made me feel like my satisfaction was more important than making a sale. I discussed multiple LVP manufacturers with Frank and told him I had other quotes including from Home Depot. He didn’t talk bad about any other competitor. He simply told me he could match prices with similar LVP flooring. He also explained the type of care they take to make sure the floor is prepped right and the LVP is installed to specs. He gave me a high level of confidence and that’s what made me go with West Coast Flooring. We settled on the right LVP flooring; PDI Viva Las Vegas Venetian Vibes. It has a good overall thickness and 20 mil wear layer. The installers were great. Jim and his crew explained everything as they went along. They did really good floor prep (grinding and floating) for minimal cost. They even asked if it was ok to play music while they worked. Very polite. They were clean and in and out in one day. I’m very pleased with my floor. Thanks West Coast Flooring!
