  They are fast and reliable. The project manager Gayle always visit our home to check the status of work. The plumbers and contractors are nice people and we can tell they know their work. To all staff of Solid Restoration thank you so much from Mills family.

  Be careful what you sign when your insurance sends a company for you. I didn't realize that I was signing away all rights to use a different provider for the restoration when the water mitigation team arrived. I felt that a small leak was turned into major work that was ultimately unecessary because it was all covered by insurance. This major work led to more problems as a result of some very shoddy work. The team ended up completely demolishing our existing tub/shower for a leak from the showerhead when you could see from the open ceiling below that everything was clear and just needed to dry. The claim adjuster also pushed for the full work and definitely knew the crew so it wasn't just Solid Restoration, but ultimately they were the ones that said what work needed to be done. So they installed a new tub/shower combo, but they tried to force the existing supply and drain lines to work with the new tub/shower combo. Ultimately my existing insurance dropped me because of the size of the claim (decided by Solid Restoration) and I had to hire a new plumber because their work created multiple new leaks that damaged my walls even worse than they were in the first place, but by the time I discovered this the 3 month guarantee window had expired. They did not connect the tub spout correctly which led to a new leak behind the wall and they attempted to create a makeshift connection between the drain overflow and tub with sheet rock screws!! The plumber I hired couldn't believe what he found. I still have wall and ceiling damage to repair even though the plumbing is now fixed at least. So, no I would not use Solid Restoration again.

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Solid Restoration⁠. After losing our home in the fire, the rebuilding process felt overwhelming, but their entire team made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. From day one, they were professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about our family and our home. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and every detail was handled with care. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions and keep us informed. Today, we finally moved back into our home, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone at Solid Restoration for helping make that possible. Thank you for restoring not just our house, but our sense of home. We highly recommend Solid Restoration to anyone who needs a team they can trust.

  The tiles were cleaned, and since the grout was not deep enough to be filled with new grout and a lot of deep scratches on the surface they still tried their best to make it look good even though I expected the tile to be like much better even though the tiles condition was not good, since they were not be able to make it as promised the guy was able to adjust the price. They forgot the tile cleaner they are supposed to give me but I know they will send it me soon. Thanks for the good work!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are deceptive, untrustworthy and very slow. They will drag out a project and overcharge you for everything. I was having a terrible time with mold illness and wasn’t able to live in my home during the mold remediation process. Solid Restoration’s crew took over 1 1/2 months to complete the project; mainly because they kept placing insurance jobs in front of mine due to the payout they get for insurance jobs. I had to stay in air bnbs the entire time during the mold remediation, which was very costly. Solid Restoration pulled the existing flooring in my bathroom but left the old flooring in the toilet area, which was such a huge oversight since all the flooring was exposed to mold and needed to match the new flooring. They then said they’d have to start a new work order to remove that flooring. At that point, I needed them to be out of my house, so I fired them. The final bill was overinflated and included charges for things that were not completed. I fought over the charges on the bill. While I was still attempting to pay for only what was actually finished in my home, Solid Restoration put a lien against my home that I wasn’t aware of until I listed my home for sale. I was shocked! It caused a huge complication for me in the sales process. I paid more than I owed to just make it go away. Again, don’t use Solid Restoration! They are a crooked company!
