  TOP-TIER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH! After dealing with a stressful water leak, Solid Restoration came to the rescue. They are incredibly professional and truly hold your hand through the entire process. They managed everything from mitigation to repairs, which was a huge relief. A special shoutout to Chuck, who was instrumental in dealing with my insurance company and securing approval for the repairs. I honestly couldn't have done it without his expertise. Our project manager, Kyle, was also fantastic. He was highly informative and extremely respectful of my tenant's busy schedule. I’m so grateful I found this company and will absolutely use them again!

  We recently had a project completed through Mercury Insurance with Solid Restoration, and I really wanted to take the time to recognize our project manager, Kyle. Like most construction projects, there were a few bumps along the way, including some delays and issues with the separate subcontractor crew doing the actual work. We have already communicated those concerns directly with Solid Restoration management, and they were very receptive and are working to make sure those issues are addressed going forward. What really stood out to my husband and me was Kyle. He was excellent from beginning to end. He was responsive, patient, easy to communicate with, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were happy with the final result. Whenever something came up, we could reach out to him and know that he would respond and work toward a solution. There were several times when Kyle had to step in and handle things on our behalf, and he always remained professional and followed through. Even when something wasn't necessarily within his control, he never made it feel like it was simply our problem to deal with. Construction is rarely perfect, and when multiple companies are involved, things are bound to come up. For us, what made the difference was having a project manager who actually listened, communicated, advocated for us, and made sure things got done. So when it comes to our overall experience with Solid Restoration, all of the credit goes directly to Kyle. His patience and professionalism were genuinely appreciated, and Solid is very fortunate to have someone representing their company who takes that level of ownership in his projects, especially with clients who are particular and unexpected curveballs happen. Thank you, Kyle, for everything you did to get us across the finish line!

  We really enjoyed working with Gayle from Solid Restoration. We had to rebuild our kitchen island after mold and water damage and we are extremely happy with the result! His entire team was professional, efficient, and friendly.
