  Having an issue on a new home purchase with the LVP “cupping.” They were of absolutely NO help at all. It’s a manufacturer defect, floors were purchased through and installed by America’s Finest Carpet, and they keep bouncing the ball of responsibility between each other. Floors are only 5 years old (old owners provided all the warranty info, etc) and they were not at all interested in making it right, hiding behind the fact that I am not the original owner. NEVER would I EVER do business with them. No integrity. UPDATE: I just bought a house where this company installed the floors around 2020. I'm not sure of the exact date. Today I had the LVP flooring pulled up because I discovered "cupping," which is warping and separation of the planks. Long story short, I contacted the company to discuss what my options were and they were SO rude, not helpful at all, and basically denied any responsibility. The issue turns out to be an EPIC failure on the install. There was NO polymer/plastic backing laid down as was industry standard at the time and there were dozens of broken slats that were installed anyway. This is throughout the house. The flooring cannot be repaired, it must be fully replaced to the tune of $20,000, and they don't feel the least bit of responsibility for installing a floor that lasted about 4-6 years at most. NEVER do business with this company.

  Great customer service from the manager Arthur and Robert at the Temecula location.They take great safety precautions and showed me exactly what I was looking for in my price range. Would highly recommend.

  We called and had a few other places come out a give us a quote. Those companies kept trying to up sell us on carpet even tho we told them we knew what we wanted. We made a call and spoke to Art, and he invited us in to the showroom to take a look at samples. Art listened to what we wanted, and our price range, and only showed us those. He made recommendations based on what we wanted and showed us quite a few different examples all within what we wanted to pay. Art even came out same day to measure and send us a quote. The overall experience we had in the showroom was the best I've had. Upon purchasing and scheduling install, we hit a few snags and had to reschedule twice. Norma worked with us to reschedule multiple times with no issues. Art even checked in to make sure everything was going well. The day of install the crew was a little late, but fear not, Art was able to call and let us know. Once they got there, install was quick and seamless. They finished quickly and it looks great. Kudos all around and to anyone looking for a stress free experience, head over here and ask for Art.
