- TBthomas becksteadJul 24, 20265.0I can't say enough about the team at airtime heating and air. I had an AC/Furnace combo that was leaking in a crawl space and dripping water into a bedroom. I called a company I have used in the past. They didn't service Temecula any longer so they referred me to airtime and I am very grateful they did. Ivan (tech) was able to make an emergency call and come over that same day. He was extremely easy to communicate with and provided me videos and photos of all issues (I was out of state at the time). Within 24 hours I went from an emergency situation to a brand new system installed. I had another AC/furnace combo that was replaced within the last few years and the pricing was competitive as well. Ivan was even nice enough to include servicing the other units in the home which were overdue for a service. By far the easiest HVAC company I have ever worked with. Thanks Ivan you, Nancy etc were all great!

They identified some parts that were in need of replacement. They showed me the failing parts and walked me through why they needed upgrading (in detail), which I appreciated . Brandon & Pedro were polite and professional. It’s never a good thing to have issues with an HVAC system, but Airtime made the maintenance process bearable.
