David M. and his crew arrived promptly after we called Rooter Man Plumbing and immediately began providing exceptional service in our home. David identified several areas of concern and clearly explained all available options, helping us choose the services that best suited our needs.
David went above and beyond by making himself available around the clock, including coming to our home on his day off and working on Sunday. He and his crew handled every repair and replacement expertly, completing each job correctly the first time.
David is a top-notch plumber—knowledgeable, professional, responsible, and dedicated to his clients. He consistently worked to keep us comfortable and walked us through each step of the process. Rooter Man also offered interest-free financing—thank you, Johnny—and provided a written 30-year guarantee, giving us complete confidence in the work.
This was some of the worst service I’ve ever had. I’ve had my main line rooted out once a year for 25 years. It’s just an easy blockage that everybody’s able to clear up.
Plumber was pitching me services I didn’t need before he even started and halfheartedly tried to clear my main line. The machine he used a small and ineffective, and he also used the wrong type of blade a circular blade versus a u blade, which will cut the roots.
He tried for 10 minutes and made it seem that his machine was gonna break and started pitching me a $1200 Hydro jet service.
This company is all bait and switch. I’ll be contesting The payment for $49, which is a waste of money. I had someone come out the next morning and clear it in less than five minutes. I would’ve gladly paid more money upfront for somebody who is actually trying to clear my main line. It’s not rocket science I don’t need a $1200 service. I need a router once a year. I’ll never use this company again and I pray that nobody else does either.

I made an appointment to have my area drainpipe cleaned. When I contacted Rooter Man, I informed them that it was 75 to 100 feet of AREA DRAINPIPE. They quoted me $240. When the plumber arrived, he recommended that I hydrojet the pipe instead of auging it. The estimate rose to $1,250. I don't know why they would send someone with an auger when they recommend hydrojetting. And the auger only had 65 feet of cable! Feels like bait and switch.

Both toilets wouldn't drain down, plus the stall shower. This was Sunday evening. I called Rooter Man and they were out within 90 minutes. He removed a toilet and snaked/video'd
into the drain which was cast iron, cracked, and 99 years old. They gave me a price which was expensive (to me) but I had to get it done, can you dig it? Angel and his helper worked on it for a day plus a few hours the following day. They sent me images of the work they did with the invoice. They did a fine job. Highly recommended!

Both toilets and showers backed up. After snaking ($49), I was told that snaking couldn’t remove all the roots in my sewer line; that I needed hydrojetting. After hydrojetting ($1,150, including snaking), I was told that they couldn’t get all the roots, needed to repair the part of the pipe where roots were coming thru($3,250); but the best solution was to shoot a liner ($8,800) through my plastic pipe to the city’s clay pipe. An additional liner from clay pipe to main sewer junction (which was most likely my responsibility) would cost an add’l $12,000+. Lots of misinformation along the way. Called out 2nd plumber. Snaking removed ALL roots. Repairing the “broken” pipe would be around $2000, but not necessary. Annual snaking would clear out roots. Liner not necessary. ALL the line from my cleanout to main sewer was plastic. No clay! Main sewer in front of my house, NOT in the center of the intersection (I live on a corner) as told to me by first service man. Bottom line, LIES AND UPSELLING! DON’T USE THEM. Pay more for a reliable company. I recommend BELMONT PLUMBING.
