  The Plumber show up right away after I call for help , they are amazing not only because they understand when clients need them help if not also because they are super professional , educated and clean .They did a GREAT job ,fast and very knowledgeable. Best part price totally fear , I use them for a long time they are part of my workers Profesional list home . Thank you so much Tony 👍🏻 and of course Albert the Boss 👍🏻

  Everyone at Bert's has been wonderful! Each person that I have dealt with, whether a plumber or someone in the office, has been very knowledgable, personable and kind. It's so refreshing to deal with 'real people' who show genuine care and concern for their customers. Albert himself is the kind of guy you'd want for a good friend. He also isn't in this business 'just for the money' - each time he has been out, he has recommended ways to save money, to make things more convenient for me, cleaned up everything extremely well - and is never in a hurry to just finish up and leave. He has even shared recommendations through his business contacts for other things I have wanted/needed. Not only do I recommend Bert's Mega Plumbing, I already have.

  Plumbing Emergency and Chris saved the day. When I came home late from a long day at work I found my kitchen sink bubbling up with water from the drainpipes. It was cascading over the lip of the sink down onto the floor! My arms were full of groceries and my mind was full of panic. But, I managed to call the HOA’s emergency line. Just as I hung up, my phone rang. Chris was already returning my call and asking for directions to my home. He came right over and accessed the problems in real time. Chris was extremely thorough, thoughtful and considerate of the urgency of the issue. He met with my neighbors and worked out a plan to resolve the plumbing backup to benefit all those affected. The next day, he arrived earlier than promised and solved the problems quickly and cleanly. Chris at Bert’s Mega Plumbing and Rooter is absolutely the best.
