  I called LA Hydro-Jet after my regular plumber was unable to clear my kitchen drain. I called at around 8:00 am and José Díaz was here by 11:00. He fixed the problem in a little over an hour, was very kind and professional. He not only fixed the kitchen, but also checked my other drains to make sure everything was running properly. Excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend LA Hydro-Jet. From the phone call with the scheduler to José showing up and getting the job done, everything was timely, professional and well done. Thank you.

  I work for a small property management company and frequently use LA Hydro-Jet for our service needs. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially for stoppages, and we consistently request Farani by name. He is professional, efficient, reliable, and maintains a clean work area. I can always count on the job being completed correctly when he is on site.

  Jose came to WillowBrook- Mosiac and responded to a clogged sink. Jose was swift , professional and courteous making the tenant, case manager and maintenance team feel comfortable and was responsive to all questions . Jose got the job done and went above beyond 10 out of 10.

  I cannot say enough great things about Jose Diaz and the outstanding service he provided. After dealing with an ongoing plumbing issue that had caused significant stress and frustration, Jose arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and quickly got to work resolving the problem. What impressed us most was his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue, answered all of our questions, and made sure the repair was completed correctly. Throughout the entire process, he was courteous, respectful of our home, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was functioning properly before he left.   Called the company to fix an issue with clogged toilet. Water is backing up into the tub. They snaked it once then left but the issue persisted. They came back to fix the issue next day, and it didn’t help. I asked technician if they can check what’s wrong with the camera, to which I got a response that they don’t have cameras. How it the world a plumbing company doesn’t have a plumbing camera? Both times they left a mess. Not only they didn’t fix the issue in 2 attempts, but they also charged me $450 to do it. What a joke! Will be calling my bank to do a charge back.
