  Brian and Phillip came out to convert one of my A/C units from a hard start to a soft start. Unit seems to be running better. They also installed surge protectors on each unit for extra protection.

  Robert was very professional in expressing his observations on my plumbing questions. I appreciated his honesty and experience that confirmed some nagging issues, such as the water softener doing what it should, and suggested a couple of improvements to consider, such as an expansion tank and additional water bibs.

  I am very happy with the service I received. Jared explained my options and let me decide which route I wanted to take. When he finished he showed me how to use the features. He also went above and beyond by helping me locate the septic tank on my property, that I’ve been trying to find for years!

  Thomas Trejo was excellent! He worked so hard (almost 2 hrs) investigating where the problem was! And, I believe he figured it out. This problem has been an ongoing problem and I was quite frustrated. So I’m extremely grateful for how hard he worked to find the answer. And best of all they didn’t charge me for this!

  Awesome experience from beginning to end with 10yr warranty with labor. Addressed all my issues from inadequate air intake leftover from the original builder to moving the dryer vent away from the compressor, another leftover from the original builder. Brian quickly assessed my needs based on my list of concerns. Offered me multiple options based and helped to highlight benefits and disadvantages for each option. The air intake and dryer vent issue was not an upset, these were my requests along with the surge suppressors. The initial quote and additional work were reasonable and the final quote had a great breakdown. Aurelio and Albert arrived promptly at 7am. And they made sure everything was done right. I was informed that the dryer vent had burrs that were not filed down which had been causing my repeated dryer vent blockages. Another hidden treasure from the original builder. Jacob, Jackie, Michelle, and Steve worked in the background to make sure the work was done on time and correctly. Now I have one of the most reliable high efficiency HVAC system on the market perfectly matched for my home. And even better, Tokay Heating and Air is a Stockton Company. Thanks 😊
