  Water heater stopped working the night before, called Mr Ed’s Plumbing & Rooter Service early in the morning and was given an appointment for a service call later that afternoon. Edward the assigned Technician arrived on time and prior to his arrival sent a text letting me know that he was on his way. Once on site he reviewed the issue and went over various options. Provided a quote, I agreed and the water heater was installed all on the same day. Great service, technical skills and craftsmanship. I would absolutely recommend Mr Ed’s Plumbing & Rooter Service for any of your plumbing needs.

  We had a persistent front yard water leak at a home we’re preparing to sell, and after two plumbing companies (and 3 contractors) failed to identify the source, Mr. Ed’s Plumbing was finally able to diagnose and resolve it. Unlike the previous contractors—one assigned by SLWA and another highly rated local company—Mr. Ed’s team took the time to thoroughly investigate rather than guessing or rushing through the job. (Please note, Mr. Ed’s was also assigned by SLWA after a continued issue) Adrian from Mr. Ed’s was professional, patient, and methodical. Even when their sonar equipment couldn’t pinpoint the tiny leak, he recommended a careful exploratory dig instead of making assumptions. During the exploratory dig, both Adrian and Ed (business owner) personally inspected every possible source, including indoor lines and the garage slab, and ultimately identified a combination of a very small leak, a branching pipe, and a faulty valve. I want to highlight that Ed and Adrian are exceptionally knowledgeable, and their extensive experience in the industry is evident. They were able to provide solutions and recommendations that other companies could not. Throughout the process, the office staff was respectful and helpful, especially as we navigated SLWA delays. When it came time for repairs—ultimately out of pocket—we chose to proceed with Mr. Ed’s because of their thoroughness and integrity. Ed and his team completed the work efficiently, cleaned up the site beautifully, and even fixed our sewer cover. The leak is fully resolved, and the sprinkler and main line are now properly isolated. After this experience, we will absolutely be calling and recommending Mr. Ed’s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

  Great job done with in matter of 30 minutes very proficient. Give me pricing and everything before starting the job after the job was finished explained to me the issue and that to call them back after so that we can resolve the plumbing issue long-term instead of short-term so that I can be able to save money. Employee was very respectful, and made sure that everything that he explained was understood by the customer. I highly recommend calling back the company and fixing any and all future plumbing issues from now on.
