  Called JC sewer i had two backup toilets at a job site in Lincoln Center Stockton. JC Sewer was able to send someone within an hour. Cleared out the sewer line no problem. Highly recommend.

  I just have to say, my kitchen drain was clogged, I called at 12:45, for service, a confirmation text that Kevin W. would be on site between 1 & 3 (ya right-right?), we’ll shock of shock “1:30” I got a text he was done! Who does that? JC Sewer you have the best employee! Kevin was friendly, professional and quick. If I ever need anything plumbing again I will definitely give you guys a call!

  Beware! Bought a water heater burner through them last year, sold and installed through them. They sell it nice and sweet with a one year warranty but when the part failed, the business gave me excuse of how they don’t manufacture the part so not their problem. The irony is their plumber, JC, tells me it’s covered by their one year warranty during the site visit but the office manager, Yvonne, calls me back and states I will have to pay their $225 labor fee to get the part installed. No sense of ownership or accountability.
