  Absolutely terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. The technician failed to fix the plumbing issue I called about, left a mess behind instead of cleaning up, and still charged an outrageously high price for poor-quality work. I ended up paying a premium only to have the exact same problem and had to hire another plumber to fix it properly. This company seems far more interested in collecting payment than providing honest, professional service. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—look elsewhere. I would never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

  Very expensive This guys was very rude Smoking inside the house they made my house so dirty and leave without finish the job They spoke to my wife like she working for them I’m not recommend!!

  I had discovered water damaged to the ceiling of my garage from bathtub drain leak above. Vicente had provided evaluation and free written estimate. I was impressed with his respectfulness, honesty, confidence, and professionalism. He is detail oriented with his written estimate and my senior discount. Vicente was focused in providing my customer satisfaction and service. He spent 40 minutes with me including answering all my questions. He took the time to locate and verify with video taping where my bathtub drain was leaking through the broken spaces of my ceiling. Vicente exceeded my expectations. I had contacted his office and agreed to proceed with repair, replacing bathtub drain pipes (overflow, waste, and P trap). Vicente returned the next day with Eduardo, his assistant. They completed the repair, just under 3 hours, as he stated at first visit. Vicente and Eduardo kept the worksite clean, my garage and bathtub. They took their garage debris into their work van and declined to use my garage bin. They wore shoe covers each time when entering my home to the bathtub. I appreciate their respectfulness toward me and my property. Bonus: When they had left, I discovered that Vicente had fixed my slow flowing sink faucet, next to my bathtub, without my request or charge. Vicente had demonstrated excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction. I would request Vicente again for all my plumbing needs in future. Thank you, Vicente. You are special!

  I had a leaky bath faucet and needed a new ceiling fan. Initially very responsive and the tech was good. Quoted me $2600 for the faucet saying the valve needed to be replaced and wasn’t able to give me a quote for the bathroom fan. The issues arose when I was charged $125 for the quote (after being told on the phone it was free) and being left with a broken shower handle for an estimated 3 days that put the whole shower out of order (not the techs fault I said he could force it off). When I called the company to try and move the job to the left so we could shower, no one answered and I left a message. Eventually I just went to Home Depot and fixed both issues for $200 total. I have still not received a call back or been contacted by the company.
