- ECEdwin CastilloAug 13, 20265.0Riley was super responsive and once again was able to troubleshoot the problem with my AC unit and system throughly and expeditiously. Jonathan Lohutko in particular was nothing short of amazing. The guy is a wealth of knowledge about anything mechanical, let alone HVAC systems. He took the time to diagnose and then explain to me what was broken and why things weren’t working properly. Fortunately, the fix was reasonable from a cost perspective. But what was most important was how quickly he was able to order the right parts and move his schedule around to accommodate my timing requirements. I recommend Riley and Jonathan with the highest praise possible.

- NBNicholas BrenesAug 6, 20262.0They over charged for the service and were not able to solve our problem, clearing the main line. They wanted to charge us more for another service to clear the line. We call another company who was able to complete for the service for cheaper and after hours. Riley's agreed to return half of the service cost since they couldn't clear the main line but never paid and ghosted us. The reason they have got an extra start is because their technician who was helping was super nice.

He worked late and was super efficient and always committed via phone, text and with photos.
