  I needed my leaking sprinklers fixed and a bathtub drain unclogged. They sent someone out who didn't even turn the water on to see where the sprinkler was leaking. They didn't do anything and charged me $125 dispatch fee + $245 for an "evaluation fee". $370 for NOTHING. They tried to sell me some sort of "plumbing membership." Do not call this company it is a total waste of time! They use AI to answer the phones and who knows what else, but it seems like they are just out to cut corners and send bogus charges. I'm guessing most of their positive google reviews are fake. TERRIBLE

  ELI was very conscientious about doing the job or task to the best of his ability. He went one important step further by wanting assurance that the owner was satisfied before he left the premises.

  I see a few other customers with my same issue. Overcharged. In my case, it was 3X for a 45 min visit to snake a ground level unit. Previous, identical service a year ago was 1/3 from another plumber. Pricing like that is predatory. You pay a service fee for them to come out. If you don't like their rip off quote, they leave and you're out the service fee. If you have tenants waiting to shower and run laundry, you pay up. It's what gives contractors like Riley a bad name. It's a bummer, because they were responsive, and their technicians are good people. The "fixed rate" pricing is their issue. If I was the only one, then go ahead and assume I'm one of those people that always feel like they're getting ripped off. But when there are others, buyer beware. I think they're concerned about getting even more negative reviews, since they agreed to a small discount. Tahoe has much better.

  Riley Plumbing provided me with outstanding customer service and professionalism. They were quick to respond and provided good recommendations and reasonable pricing. My rep, Michael Rojas, was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.

  I asked this company for a quote for a sink install. Once. A year ago. They came in over 2x higher than 2 other companies, and 3x higher than the company we went with. I told them I declined their offer, and told them they were far too expensive. Since then I've been put on multiple text chains of theirs. I've opted out of every one of them, for a year. I received yet another unwanted text from this company last night (Saturday night) at 6pm offering me a referral bonus if I referred a friend to them. Partially hilarious, because I would never recommend anyone to them... So I figured I'd call them while they were already disrupting me to once again ask them to remove me from their lists that I never asked to be on, thinking maybe this could ideally be the last time they bothered me. I wait on hold for 10 minutes, and then hang up because I don't want to spend that much time on them on a Saturday night. They then follow up and call me at 7:30am on a Sunday morning the next morning "because they saw a missed call". A Sunday morning at 7:30am. I never want to hear from this company again. I never did any work with them, and simply asked for a quote, that came back comically high. DON'T EVEN REACH OUT TO THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOREVER.
