  Sam from AirWorks did a fantastic job fixing my air conditioning! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He’s also a really good teacher—he explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated his patience and the care he put into his work.   Great experience with the entire AirWorks team. My 20+ year old HVAC needed to be replaced and every step of the way was handled with professionalism. From Mike who was first on the scene to clearly review my options, to Dominic and Vincent during the install, the entire replacement went off without a hitch. Dominic and Vincent especially, having to crawl around in my attic during a Santa Anna wind event, great job guys! Would recommend AirWorks to anyone in the 805 for heating and cooling needs, a locally owned business.

  Updating my review: We had some scheduling mixups early on, but the AirWorks team reached out, worked with us to find a solution, and handled it very professionally, getting a technician out the same day. Sam Schaefer did an excellent pre-purchase HVAC inspection. He was thorough, photographed everything, and measured the system instead of just eyeballing it. The level of detail was impressive, and he caught real issues we wouldn't have found otherwise. We had the full report and quotes the same afternoon. Really happy with how this turned out.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about AirWorks and the incredible service we received from Kevin and Brogan. I am truly so grateful that we found this company. We recently had an issue with our water heater, which was originally installed by another HVAC company. Earlier this week, that company came out and told us that our water heater would need to be completely replaced, even though it was only about a year and a half old. They told us we would be responsible for paying several thousand dollars in installation costs. Needless to say, we were extremely frustrated and concerned. That’s when Brogan from AirWorks came out, and the difference in knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving was incredible. Rather than simply telling us we needed a new water heater, Brogan took the time to actually investigate the issue and identified the real problem: a carbon monoxide leak at the top of the unit and a faulty pipe that was leaking and filling the water heater pan. His ability to identify the actual source of the problem potentially saved us thousands of dollars and, more importantly, addressed a serious safety concern. Based on what Brogan found, the leak and faulty piping appeared to stem from the original installation, rather than the water heater itself needing to be replaced. I am beyond impressed with the knowledge and solutions that AirWorks brought to the table. Brogan was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to figure out what was actually happening instead of jumping to the most expensive solution. A huge thank-you to Kevin, the owner, and especially to Brogan for everything. I truly cannot express how appreciative I am. It is such a relief to know there are still companies and technicians who take pride in their work, look out for their customers, and genuinely care about solving the problem correctly. I would highly, highly recommend AirWorks to anyone looking for HVAC or related services. They absolutely earned my trust and gratitude!

  Everything went fine until the end, the system works fine, the only issue was that they left a bunch on inventory, ducting and sheet material in our side yard, we called multiple times to have them stop by to pick it up, finally got tired of seeing this inventory sit in my yard, si I loaded it up today October 2nd and took to the address on the website on somis road, unloaded the material and left it outside the office door, because no one was in the office at about 2 PM. After lugging that stuff up the stairs I will justt say that we were annoyed that our several calls went unanswered and, the AI generated answering sewrvice was annoying!
