  Anthony was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He arrived quickly, wore shoe covers in the house without being asked, and was very respectful of our home. He followed up promptly with a clear estimate and game plan for the work that needed to be done, which we really appreciated. Great experience all around!

  Absolutely the best! I have been using Johnny and his team for a long time and they are like family 🫶🏼. They know what they are doing, make sensible recommendations, and get it done. In a world with so many companies that over charge and don't complete their work properly, it's refreshing. I use them for my home, my airbnb , and my restaurant- they do it all. From a clogged drain to a complete underground pipe system replaced to the street. You aren't just a customer, you are part of their family and that's why they have so many repeat customers - so be patient- they are busy! But it's worth waiting the extra day or two if you have to. But they have done several emergency visits as well. Thank you Xpress One Plumber!!

  I hired Xpress One Plumber because Anthony did the plumbing inspection when I was buying my house. He was honest, professional, and did a very good job. That is why I called them again. This time Johnny came, and my experience was completely different. I paid over $1,000 to replace one water pressure regulator. During the job, they found a leak in a simple PVC pipe and charged me another $200 to repair it. What bothered me is that there was never a leak before they started working. I had lived in the house for four months without any issues. The leak only appeared after they started cutting and moving the pipes. Maybe it was already weak, maybe not, but I don't know. It felt unfair to charge extra for something that happened during the repair. I was also asked to pay upfront. At that time I didn't know plumbing prices, and I feel I was overcharged. Johnny never clearly explained why the price was so high. Anthony earned my trust, but this experience destroyed it. I will never use this company again. In my opinion, this company is a rip-off. They are very good at upselling people who don't know plumbing prices. Never again.

  Johnny and his son Anthony were fantastic! They came out to help troubleshoot an odor coming from my shower drain and took their time asking questions to figure out what might be causing the issue. They clearly explained what to watch for and gave me some simple, practical solutions to help with the problem. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help without rushing. I highly recommend Johnny and Anthony for anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy plumbers!
