  Outstanding Customer Service and Attention to Detail I have not had the installation completed yet, but I wanted to recognize Miguel at RAM Insulation for the exceptional experience I’ve had throughout the quoting and planning process. It is incredibly difficult to find a company that is willing to go above and beyond before they even have your business. Miguel has been extremely patient, professional, responsive, and thorough. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions, explain the details, and make sure I understand exactly what is being recommended and why. What has impressed me most is that Miguel doesn’t seem focused on simply getting the job done—he wants to make sure it is done properly, correctly, and to a high standard of quality. He has taken the time to review details, make corrections when necessary, and ensure that nothing is overlooked. I’ve communicated with him through phone calls, texts, and emails over several days, and every question has been answered with patience and professionalism. That level of attention and commitment is becoming increasingly difficult to find. While I cannot yet comment on the completed installation, I can confidently say that the customer service, communication, attention to detail, and professionalism I have experienced so far have been outstanding. Thank you, Miguel, for going above and beyond and for showing that quality and doing things the right way still matter.

  We had RAM Insulation clean out old blown insulation, install radiant barrier, and put in new insulation. Miguel and his crew were very professional. They showed up at our scheduled time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up their mess each day. The crew was friendly, polite, and had an excellent work ethic. They made sure everything was done carefully and correctly. We highly recommend RaM Insulation.

  Hector and Miguel and his Dad and other team members did a excellent job very getting my old installation out and installed new R30 very reasonable and 2 days in and out recommended already to my handy man who was here and he hired them already! Thanks again will recommend to everybody.

  Miguel and his team did a great job! He’s very informative on all insulation options. His team is very efficient, they were fast and got the job done on time! Thanks for the great work and whatever you need insulation, Ram is the team for the job!

  It can be a bit confusing to schedule multiple services and not cause any conflicts. In my case, the insulation was being done while the electrical rewiring was wrapping up and the drywall repair after that. Everything felt a little rushed, even when I suggested pushing the insulation back a bit. Maybe the 4th of July weekend played a part in that. If I were to do it differently, I would have spaced the jobs out a bit more. Overall a very good experience.
