I highly recommend Primo Plumbing! We had a couple of issues with our shower and toilet, and they were at our house within 30 minutes! Aaron was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was back on track before he left. Even though they had to order a part for our faucet, he explained everything clearly and made sure we knew exactly what needed to be done.
It’s not always easy to find a company you can trust, but Primo Plumbing has definitely earned our trust. We love supporting a great small business, and they come highly recommended by our household!

We had an urgent water heater issue — a 24-year-old tank that was leaking right at the TPR valve — and Primo Plumbing came through fast and did excellent work from start to finish.
Jordan was on-site within 30 minutes of my initial call and had an offer to us quickly after evaluating the job. Beyond being efficient, he was just a great guy — he took the time to bond with our golden retriever while he walked the site, which says a lot about someone.
Aaron and Charlie handled the installation and were fantastic. They showed up on time, were professional throughout, and even cleaned up the old enclosure before installing the new unit. When they left, the whole area looked better than before they arrived.
It's great to support a local Long Beach business that can move quickly, price fairly, and still accommodate what we needed. Highly recommend Primo for anyone dealing with a water heater issue — responsive, honest, and quality work all around.

Charlie did a great job installing a new pressure regulator and replacing the shutoff valves in my water main and irrigation lines. I cannot say enough about the easy, comfortable and fantastic experience I had with a full plumbing replacement job from Primo Plumbing. I mean it was done a day early. The three workers, Stephen, Aaron, and Charlie were so kind and professional. It was a full 4 days and even with all the work being done I felt in capable hands. Even my dog wasn’t bothered and loved having them everyday. The work was so well done. Look. They have to open up walls but they did it in perfect squares. Making the patch work even easier and cheaper. They were consistent on showing up on time and keeping me informed about the times that water was shut off. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!! And I do not give out recommendations easily.
