- DKDennis KinnaneMay 11, 20265.0They are not the cheapest plumbers but I got same day service within 2 hours on a clogged kitchen drain w garbage disposer and the plumber had to snake the line and install new traps and because the old pipe fittings were frozen on and had to be cut off. It took two hours and included cleanup. I live in a condo and the plumber made sure that those people below me had free running Drains before he left. He also contacted them in advance. He was a very nice young man Very clean and polite. It was a much bigger job than I presumed it would be But I think it needed to be done.

Steven arrived right on time and went above and beyond in helping me locate all the plumbing pipes throughout my soon to be renovated home. I now have a clear idea of all the pipes throught my homw. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the pipe layout, which I really appreciated. During the inspection, he discovered a severely broken pipe that would have gone unnoticed without the camera inspection. Fixing this now will save me from major issues down the line, especially with construction already underway. Steven provided a repair quote that was very reasonable considering my current renovation costs. Overall, I had a great experience and truly value his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend Primo Plumbing to friends and family, and I will definitely be requesting Steven again for future work. Thank you!
