- WRWyatt RufenerMay 8, 20265.0During our bathroom renovation we discovered a number of issues with our shower drain pipe that our contractor was not willing to fix for us. We worked with Ken's plumbing, specifically Frank, to get it done and I am so glad we went with Ken's. The price was more than fair, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. I've had a few different plumbers come out for other issues and none of them were even close to the price that Ken's offered. Frank even gave me his cell phone number to make coordinating easier and in case we had any questions. I really can't say enough good stuff about Frank and his work. I also want to shout out their dispatcher, Christine, who was so incredibly kind and understanding when we were trying to schedule. I had a difficult time finding a day when our upstairs neighbor would be available and had to reschedule multiple times. Christine was completely understanding and accommodating. Lastly, I also want to shout out the general manager whose name I don't know. We discovered that our neighbor did not have a permit for work that was done on their shower drain which needed to be replaced. The general manager went to city hall same day and got the permit so that Frank could continue his work. What a class act. Thank you Ken's Plumbing! You have a loyal customer in us.

He even took the time to look at a few other plumbing questions that I had in the house and helped me out with a slow faucet head. We will absolutely call for any future plumbing needs!
