  One of our mini splits was not cooling, so we had called Good Guys and they got us an appointment within days. We were so grateful. We had Mike come out to diagnose the issue with our unit and he was wonderful! An incredibly kind individual who quickly found the issue, confirmed it, and right away offered different solutions. He also answered any questions I had about our other units. Definitely recommend Good Guys for any HVAC needs. Their prices are fair and their employees are knowledgeable and very kind.

  I can’t recommend Good Guys enough! Jason came out to perform a tune-up on the HVAC system in the home we just moved into, and his service was exceptional. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every part of the inspection, answered all of my questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure I fully understood everything. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable HVAC company, Good Guys is the one to call, and I highly recommend asking for Jason! Five stars all the way!

  After 3 years and multiple companies failing to fix our AC problem, Good Guys came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. They showed pictures, thoroughly explained the issue and quoted us for a repair and/or replacement. We decided to replace the unit and we were scheduled the next day. 24 hours later we are enjoying the peace and quiet of our new AC that is providing airflow that we never had before. Everyone we worked with from the front office to Butch who diagnosed the issue and Chris on the install team were so professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company! Thanks to everyone on the Good Guys team!

  Good Guys did an awesome job installing AC / furnace units at my house and ADU. Roy and his crew (Clinton & Nathan) did an incredible job on the installation. They were professional and personable. Also Lucas did a great job finishing up the zoning part of the AC installation and walked me through setting up the app. It make a huge difference on the comfort of both homes and I so impressed and happy with the entire experience. Also big kudos to Randy, the Project Manager, who did the initial consultation, estimate and showed up on site for the first day to ensure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend Good Guys Heating and Air! Thank you so much!
