  I received helpful and friendly customer service from Crystal when I called in. She arranged to get someone out to me same day, which was great. A technician named, Mike, messaged me to say he was on his way about 30 minutes before the appointment window started. That was really helpful! Mike was awesome and efficient. He explained everything to me so I could understand what was happening today and what needs to happen going forward. He offered a maintenance plan to help with costs and future repairs/maintenance, and installed a new EZ reader thermostat and solved the issue in about an hour! I will definitely use this company going forward and recommend Good Guys to anyone who need HVAC help!

  Tech came out and presented as friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly it became clear that he was only interested in providing us with outrageously overpriced quotes and trying to upsell us to purchase a new AC unit. I got quotes from two other AC companies and they were no where near as expensive as the quote they provided. He even called his “boss” and put him on speaker phone and he said “yes they need a new unit.” BTW are unit is only 10 years old! We went with another company and they came out today, found the leak, repaired it and added additional freon. We are now sitting here in our cool home! For a 10th of the price this company quoted us!

  We had an amazing experience with Good Guys Heating & Air! They installed all new air ducts, a brand new HVAC unit, and a solar attic fan for us at a very affordable price. The whole team was professional, hardworking, and respectful from start to finish. Mike, the lead guy, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was done right. Chris and the crew worked hard, kept everything clean, and answered all of our questions along the way. The quality of work was excellent and our home already feels so much more comfortable and efficient. It’s hard to find honest companies with fair pricing these days, but Good Guys Heating & Air definitely delivered. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!

  This is the company to hire. Our 26-year-old HVAC unit was on its way out, and we chose Good Guys without hesitation. From start to finish, the service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and everyone was courteous and professional. Jason Lee initially came out to service our old unit and did a great job. He recommended we meet with their project manager, Randy Anderson, who arrived right on time, inspected everything, and confirmed that replacement was the right move. Jessica and Crystal were also very helpful with scheduling and answering our questions. One thing we really appreciated was that the cost of our first service appointment was applied toward the new unit, which made a big difference. They also offered a discount for booking before the busy season. And work with SMUD to get a $3000 rebate. Mike and Albert handled the installation the very next day. They showed up on time and worked hard for over 10 hours. They even had to remove part of our fence to fit the unit, then put everything back together like nothing had happened. Great service, honest communication, and a smooth experience all around. Highly recommend.

  Good Guys Heating and Cooling was recommended when I needed a second opinion and I couldn’t be happier that I went the extra mile. Jason, My technician, was more thorough than anything/anyone I’ve ever experienced, in an HVAC experience. He absolutely left no stone unturned and explained in layman’s terms, exactly what he was finding, every step of the way. Jason was so informative, so professional, friendly and very considerate of my home, as well. A huge shout out to Jessica and Crystal for all their amazing help in scheduling, and with the finance end. You made the entire process so easy. I must say, Bill runs a top notch company and has company standards I’ve rarely seen. My interaction with his employees made me feel heard and not dismissed. No pressure, no upselling and TONS of information to any question I asked or didn’t ask. Thank you!! You’ve gained a life long customer!
