  New Dawn just completed a bathroom project for us plus replaced the floors in two of our bedrooms and the work is top tier quality. The team was quick, efficient, and always responsive. Design lead Kim was friendly, helpful, and his suggestions were always on point. The day to day Project Manager Jorge was amazing, truly a standout in his field. I honestly can't overstate how refreshing and helpful it was to work with Kim and Jorge. The work was completed faster than I expected without being rushed, and it honestly blew me away how the crew managed it all like clockwork. All construction projects are journey, and this one definitely came to a happy ending.

  New Dawn Construction provided a competitive quote for my bathroom remodel. Ken and Jacob listened to my concerns and wants, and provided good solutions. They did a great job with communication and made it comfortable to work with them. I was ready to start construction with them but due to a personal medical issue I had to postpone my bathroom remodel. I would work with them again when I am ready to remodel.

  We hired New Dawn Construction to renovate two apartments in a building that's over a century old — two kitchens, one bathroom, and a rotating cast of surprises that come standard with any pre-war LA structure. The project ran about six months. The short version: we'd hire them again. The longer version: Jacob, the design lead, is the reason we went with them. He has a genuine passion for old buildings and pushed to preserve original details that another contractor would have torn out without a second thought. That instinct matters when you're working on something irreplaceable. Ken managed the project more quietly but kept things moving. And when issues came up after the job was done — after the final check had been cashed — Jacob, Ken, and the owner Sage came back and made it right. That's not nothing. That's actually rare. Were there setbacks? Yes. If you've hired contractors in LA, especially on older properties, you know what you're signing up for. New Dawn isn't immune to that reality. They're not the cheapest option and not the most expensive either. But they're the kind of crew that stands behind their work, and in this city, that's worth writing a review about.

  Sage and River did a full remodel on our home. They did wonderful work and helped us address any issues with creative solutions, with an eye to save costs as much as possible.
