  Bryan was awesome. He has a great software that allowed me to communicate with him via a chat portal. He was extremely professional and reasonably priced. He showed up early (but called to let me know) and explained what needed to be done. Got my generator dialed in and fully serviced. Bryan didn't try to sell me a bunch of BS and even was kind enough to provide me with part numbers and better solutions, based on his 12 years of knowledge, that were cheaper parts and better for my Generac. I highly recommend him.

  I had a problem with my generator with no fuel getting to it. He came out that same morning and solved the problem immediately. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need something fixed he is your man!!! And very reasonable..

  If I could give him 10 stars I would. Prompt service. Excellent communication. Figured things out quickly when others said I needed to just replaced the generator. Excellent.

  I Highly recommend The Generator Guy!! Extremely professional, response time was unbelievable. He communicated well with with updates on arrival as well as rates. He actually went above and beyond for me, not only did he fix my generator but he answered all my questions and I learned so much from him. I will continue to work with him in the future and will recommend him to my neighbors and friends!!!
