  The Attic Professionals team was knowledgeable, on time, clean, detailed and professional. Everything was done very efficiently and at a reasonable price. We had 3 rooms with poor insulation that were hot in the summer and cold in the winter despite having AC and Heat. We can definitely tell a difference with the newly installed insulation. Lastly I appreciate that this is a small, local business.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve actually referred Brian and his team to several people over the years after hearing great things about their work, but I hadn’t purchased a home of my own until recently. So when I finally bought my house and saw the condition of the attic, I knew exactly who I wanted to call. My house still had the original, gross insulation from the 1950s, and Brian and his crew came in and completely removed everything, cleaned and sanitized the entire attic, and installed new R-38 batt insulation. After recommending him to other people for so long, it was great to finally experience their work firsthand. Brian and his team were awesome. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept everything clean, and did a really thorough job. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and aren’t just trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and feel even better about all the people I’ve referred to him over the years. I’ll definitely continue recommending Brian and his team to anyone who needs insulation or attic work. Great people, great work, and a company I’m happy to support.

  I’ve had the opportunity to work with Attic Professionals in San Diego, and they’ve been excellent to work with. They’re very knowledgeable when it comes to attic insulation, attic cleaning, rodent proofing, and rodent exclusion. Their team is professional, responsive, and takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. If you’re dealing with rodents in your attic, damaged insulation, or need to improve your home’s insulation, I would definitely recommend Attic Professionals. They do a great job addressing the underlying issues, from removing contaminated attic insulation and installing new insulation to sealing entry points and rodent-proofing the attic. From start to finish, the entire project was handled professionally, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail. I especially want to recognize Thomas, who was in charge of the work. He impressed me with his integrity, excellent work ethic, and genuine commitment to doing the job right. He was dependable, straightforward, and clearly took pride in the quality of his work. I also want to thank Brian, the owner, who was extremely professional and very good at communicating throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, was responsive to my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. It’s refreshing to work with a company where both the owner and the people doing the work demonstrate such professionalism and integrity.   I rarely write reviews, but Bryan and Attic Professional truly earned this one. I live in a 1978-built, single-story, 1,700 sq ft home in North San Diego with R-19 attic insulation and no air conditioning. Every summer, especially from 5 PM until around 2 AM, our house became unbearably hot. Even after the outdoor temperature dropped in the evening, the heat trapped in the attic continued radiating through the ceiling into our living space. My family, including our three children, had to rely on fans just to get through the night. This was my first attic improvement project, so I honestly had no idea what solution would work best or what a reasonable budget should be. I invited several contractors to inspect the attic, and each recommended different approaches with different price points. Bryan immediately stood out. He thoroughly inspected the attic and even used a thermal imaging camera to show me where heat was entering the house. Seeing the hot spots on the ceiling made it much easier to understand what was actually happening. More importantly, Bryan didn't try to sell me every possible upgrade. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, educated me on how attic ventilation and insulation work together, and recommended the solution that he genuinely believed would provide the best value for my particular situation. His recommendation was a QuietCool Trident Pro 4.8 Whole House Fan. I spent time researching it myself afterward, and the more I learned, the more I agreed with his recommendation. His pricing was very reasonable, but my biggest concern was timing. His schedule was already booked for the next two weeks, and with the summer heat affecting my family every evening, I asked if there was any possibility of moving the installation up. I even offered to pay an additional fee if he could fit us into his schedule. Bryan genuinely cared. He rearranged his schedule, and when another customer canceled, he immediately contacted me and moved my installation to the very next day—without charging me anything extra. That level of customer service is rare these days. On installation day, Bryan and his two team members arrived on time and completed the entire installation in less than an hour. They installed the ceiling grille, mounted the fan in the attic, tested the system, and carefully explained how to operate it. This afternoon we opened only the north-facing windows, where the outside air was shaded and much cooler, turned on the Whole House Fan, and immediately felt cool air flowing through the house. For the first time in years, my family was smiling instead of suffering through another hot summer evening. What impressed me most wasn't just the product—it was Bryan himself. As the owner, he was personally involved from the initial inspection through the installation. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never pressured me into buying more than I actually needed. Instead, he focused on finding the solution that made the most sense for my home. If you're looking for a trustworthy attic contractor who genuinely cares about doing the right job instead of simply making a sale, I highly recommend Bryan and Attic Professional. He has earned my trust, and he'll be the first person I call for any future attic insulation or ventilation projects.
