  I would have liked to give a 5 star rating but just can't. I was told I would get a call back the next day, after my initial call, but had to call them the day after. Was told they would be here between 10:30am and 12:30. Got a message at 12:51 saying he was "en route" @ 12:51. Finally arrived at 1:45pm. I understand delays can happen but I would at least expect a call informing of the delay long before the agreed appointment time had expired. Just a little better communications would be nice. The actual service work was excellent. This in a honest and reliable company. They just need to focus on over communicating, under committing, and over delivering.
