  Wow, what a 5-star experience with Murnane Carpet & Floor! From initial contact to final installation, the entire project was completed in just 10 days. From the start, Cassius quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and brought flooring samples to the site that were a perfect fit. We received a quote within 24 hours, and the pricing was very competitive. Their office administrator, Alysia, was communicative, organized, and always responded promptly to emails, making the process seamless from start to finish. Francisco handled the installation and was professional, courteous, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Murnane is a fantastic company with outstanding customer service, quality workmanship, and great communication throughout the entire process. I look forward to referring them to friends, family, and clients in the future.

  Fantastic experience - from quote to end of job!! Had entire house carpet ripped out and vinyl flooring put in, along with 2 new bedroom carpets. Murnane was efficient, prompt and worked within the quote. Super easy to work with. Have had bad experiences with box stores and how they contract out the work and then no one takes responsibility for any customer service. With Murnane's installation team, they work for the store and the team shown on the website is who exactly shows up . No hidden costs, no surprises - Highly recommend - 5 stars!!!
