  Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and determined to locate the source of the water damage. He was thorough in his inspection and went above and beyond in his efforts to locate the origin of the problem. Although the source could not be found, I truly appreciated his persistence, professionalism, and dedication to trying to resolve the issue.

  They sent three guys to the house for a standard hvac assessment and bid. They were all very professional and polite, however they were very sales-y. I could tell it was a pitch they’ve perfected over the years, and there were upsells around every corner. We got a few other quotes and Moore was $10K higher than everyone else. If you end up going with Moore, make sure you get multiple quotes and feel good an out the final price, I’m sure they’d do good work you’ll just be paying a premium and perhaps buying services you don’t need.

  I just want to say thank you to Nancy for being so professional, prompt, and super helpful on getting us scheduled. I also wanted to say thank you to Jesse and Drake for explaining everything to me regarding the importance of keeping up maintenance with our unit. And also for explaining the issue we had. They were both very mindful in and around the house, super professional and courteous towards me and my home. I would 100% recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you guys for all that you do for the community!

  Orion and Caleb did a great job. They were very thorough and did a great job explaining the issues that may come up in the future with our HVAC system and what some options were to ensure things continued to perform. They didn't pressure me to decide but gave me valid reasons to consider a purchase in the near future. They also fixed my gate handle when it fell off in their hand upon entry! Stellar service.   I called Moore Home Services on Wednesday afternoon, June 17,2026 and spoke to Juan about a possible leak at my residence. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning, Thursday, June 18, 2026 to investigate for possible repairs. He told me that it looked like I would be the first appointment in the time block from 8am - 12pm. I got a text at 7:30am that the technician, Vincent Bermont was on his way. Vincent arrived between about 9am. I showed him the area I was concerned about and he spent about 30 minutes and even checked the crawl space underneath my home and reported that he couldn't find any leaks, so it must have been a spill. He told me he had taken photos of the pipes and would send them to me later with the inspection report. He asked me if there were any other concerns that I wanted him to check before he left. I told him I thought my faucet backyard faucet might possibly be leaking. He inspected it and said it needed a new faucet bibb. He was able to change it in about 15 minutes. He then told me about their Reward Program for inspections of my plumbing several times a year, but they also could check heating and AC concerns. It was very reasonable and it felt good to know I would have peace of mind for a full year. All told he was here about 1 hour, had done a thorough inspection and repaired the faucet bibb. Vincent was very personable, professional, explained everything he was doing and kept me informed at every step. In fact, I thought he was exceptional. I told him when he left, that he had made my day. I would wholeheartedly recommend Moore Home Services if you have any plumbing concerns. The service was excellent.
