  Jacob S. provided excellent customer service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, listened to my requests, and assured me he would complete them. He was thorough in completing my AC Tune-Up and kindly washed one of my air filters and replaced the second. Jacob also noticed additional issues that needed attention right away; one required an appointment that he set up. I am confident my AC will last longer because of Jacob’s attention to detail. I will request Jacob for any future tune-ups based on my overall positive customer experience with him.

  We’ve used Moore Home Services for years. The technicians are professional and thorough. We usually get the same people which shows they retain employees. We had a problem with our furnace and got same day service TODAY! Problem handled and we have a working unit.

  Fernando did perform a quick leak water detection from our dishwasher, he was very professional and very friendly. We appreciated his quick job and recommendations on how to proceed with dishwasher replacement. Great Job! Thanks JGC

  I contacted Moore to replace my furnace back in January. An email at the time from the county indicated I had to pay the permit fee upfront to get things started, so I paid it online ($370+/-). The new system was installed shortly thereafter. Reading the contract from Moore indicated they would pay the permit fee, so I asked for reimbursement, which they agreed to. 8+ months later I am still waiting to be reimbursed. I have called, emailed and texted them to no avail. Just lots of empty promises and excuses. I also waited months to get them to correct two minor items that the county required for final approval. It took their technician all of 10 minutes to correct. I paid over $20,000 to upgrade my system. Would I use this company again, no. I can only hope the system works for the foreseeable future.

  Responding quickly was important since a contractor nicked our water line and we had a fountain in the front of our home. Making things more difficult, our on site Moore executive, "TD",had to solve problems since some elements of our waterline were non-standard. His leadership saved the day...and combined with Luis's skills..the problem was solved. These professionals stayed late...kept us informed and did not flinch in their determination to have a quality solution to a time sensitive.. complex problem. A+ Tom Ruppanner
