  This review is specific to the absolutely frustrating and impossible experience of attempting to get help via the AI bot that now answers after-hours calls. Moore installed a new (and expensive) AC system in a client’s home only one year ago, and they were just out to service it last week. Today, it has stopped cooling and is displaying an error message indicating maintenance is needed. Already not confidence inspiring. So I call their number at around 5:30 hoping to schedule an emergency service visit, and can’t get through to a live agent. It used to be that you could at least talk to a real human at an answering service after-hours. Now, you’re stuck going in circles with a chatbot who attempts to mimic human speaking patterns and even offers “empathy” for the problem you’re dealing with, but proves entirely incapable of understanding your answers, leaving you room to answer questions before continuing to speak (then getting confused when you accidentally interrupt it while trying to answer its questions), and eventually hangs up on you part way through the interaction. I went through this lengthy mess twice and am still not confident my appointment got scheduled, as it’s been hours and I have yet to receive any kind of confirmation at the email address and phone number I provided to the chatbot multiple times throughout the call. What an absolute nightmare. If this is the “future,” I want no part in it. Yet another company cheaping out and outsourcing labor to an AI program utterly incapable of offering real customer service. Avoid at all costs. Big thanks to the folks at Next Day Air who answer calls at all hours, let you talk to real people, and move mountains to fit you into their busy schedule.

  We have a membership with Moore. Not only is it very easy to book an appointment, appointments are available for the next day. George came out and fixed our ac and showed us what the issue was. He also explained what we could do to extend the life of our unit. So polite and professional.

  They tried to scam me for 50,000 and ran 3 attempts forn a loan I didn't need. I had another company come they told they completely lied. So disappointed, taking advantage of a low-income disbaled woman, by the grace of God the loan didn't go through. They lied and said there is a pocket of water in my ceiling. I dont know how you guys live with yourselves
