They should change the name since there is no engineer wood or wood flooring in the store. Laminate plank floor liquidators.. I tried matching a floor I am repairing and they were no help in matching it or recommendations on where to get it.. No help!!

had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed my order at the beginning of May and made my final payment shortly after. I gave them approximately four weeks’ notice of the exact day and time I would be arriving at the store to pick up my materials. I was told this would not be a problem and that I should simply call when I was about 20 minutes away. Three days before my scheduled pickup, I received a call letting me know they were unable to get all of my materials, despite previously telling me everything would be available within two weeks. They offered to mail the missing items, and I agreed. I still made the hour-and-a-half drive to the store expecting to pick up everything else and have the remaining item shipped. After calling 25 minutes before arriving, as they requested, I was told I would have to wait a couple of hours because they were moving locations and needed to wait for a truck to return and be unloaded. The entire reason I provided advance notice of my pickup time was so I could arrive, load my materials, and leave. After already giving them plenty of notice, this was extremely frustrating. Since they did not have everything ready anyway, I decided I could not wait and would have to return. I let them know I would be back on July 2nd because I had a scheduled installation on July 9th. I was assured everything would be ready. When I arrived on July 2nd and went around back to load my materials, I was told, “I have some bad news — one of your items was given to another customer, so we don’t have it.” At this point, I had already made two trips to their store, both with plenty of advance notice, and they still did not have my full order ready. I explained that I needed the missing item by July 8th because I had someone scheduled to install the materials on July 9th. I was again told it would be no problem and that they could ship it to me. Given the issues I had already experienced, I was hesitant, but I agreed. I was told I would receive a call Monday with an update. No call came. I called Tuesday myself, was told Jose would call me back, and I never received a return call. I still did not have the item I needed. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The repeated lack of communication, missed commitments, and failure to have my order ready despite weeks of notice caused unnecessary inconvenience and delays. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.

I visited The Lumber Liquidators in their new location today on Piner Rd. to order flooring for my new house that really is desperate for an update. I was helped by the manager, Ken. He was attentive and informative. I was able to land on a style flooring that will last and take the abuse of three dogs and my husband's work shoes. Thank you, Ken, for being respectful of my budget and making this whole process so easy.
