  Went with Bragg after a home purchase to replace HVAC (furnace and heat pump), tankless water heater, multiple smaller plumbing projects, duct replacement, attic insulation. Their team was responsive, on time and easy to work through any issues. Would highly recommend!

  I called Bragg to investigate why the HVAC stopped working and was tripping the circuit breaker. They were able to come out quickly. David figured out the problem and he went above and beyond to share common issues with other homes in the build and got on the phone with the owner of the business who also lives in the group of condos. The owner drove to my house immediately to accommodate me and inspected as well. He diagnosed the problem which is consistent with other homes in the condo build, improper sized ducting and HVAC. He anticipated all the photos that would be required to prepare a big report so I would be equipped to handle the problem with the builder. I was impressed by the level of service, attention to detail, depth of experience, and care for the customer.

  Bragg answers the phone promptly and politely with genuine concern. They make appointments that fit your schedule. They arrive on time. Michael was great, he explained options I had and understood financial constraints. He cleaned up after himself. I found out he serviced my neighbor’s air conditioner and furnace too. They are coming back to fix a few things and install a filter which will help with my allergies and when there is smoke from fires. I rate them 11 out of 10.

  It was a real hot day and 88 degrees in the house and our air conditioning was out of service. We called Bragg Home Services and they scheduled us same day, we were offered an industrial fan to be dropped off while we waited for our appointment time. Manager Rick and a team member showed up and thoroughly troubleshooted the problem, our unit had zero Freon and so a refill was completed and we had cool air before you knew it. We are completely satisfied customers!!! Thank you Bragg Home Services for a job well done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Bragg was great to work with during the estimate process for our HVAC, ductwork, and water heater project. Andres was professional and helpful during the initial visit and follow-up, and Rick was very responsive afterward. Both answered a lot of questions, revised the proposal several times based on feedback, and took the time to explain the equipment, warranty, and pricing options. We appreciated how straightforward and available they were. They worked hard to earn our business without making the process feel pushy. We ended up choosing another contractor for reasons specific to our project, but it was a very close decision. We would have been comfortable moving forward with Bragg and would recommend including them when getting bids for HVAC work.
