  Great job. Old water heater replaced. On time. Polite and clean team. Had to make an adjustment and able to handle that efficiently. Communication clear and polite. Would definitely use them again in the future. Although the business is called Safe Gas services, they are a full service plumbing group, which I did not know. Would use them for other plumbing needs in the future as well

  There was a gas leak from the fireplace. The gas company shut the gas off and SGS promptly came and took care of a very minor problem. I thought the service charge was high for such a small job and spoke with someone who took some money of the charge. I was thankful for this and would definitely use them again.

  I had a gas leak and wanted to use a company whose core business is gas and not just general plumbing. SGS has been my go-to for earthquake valve installations for decades so I called them. They identified the leak and repaired it the next day. They are responsive and professional people.

  I have used Safe Gas Services multiple times and they have always been incredibly responsive and accommodating. What I appreciate most is their honesty. They never try to sell you services you don’t need. They have repaired my retro gas heaters and completed yearly maintenance checks. At one point, I considered replacing them, and they actually advised me not to and to simply keep up with maintenance, explaining that my system was in great condition and working very well. That level of integrity is rare. They are a wonderful family-owned company, their pricing is very fair, and their customer care is top notch. I will always use their services and highly recommend them.
