  Michael Olivares, technician is a “ROCK STAR”. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Understands the meaning of PEMIER CUTOMER SERVICE. It is why my brother and I have been customers of and loyal to Hamom Overhead Door, now owned by Besser. .

  Doug was AMAZING! Communication was great. Appointment text reminders were sent 24 hrs before arrival, on the way, and arrival! He was very kind, allowed me to watch the fix, explained the entire system to me, and was friendly the entire time. He clearly communicated charges prior and the tablet made the charges at the end very smooth. Doug was on time, got the job done, and made my garage door sound brand new. The door was cranky, crooked, and had lost tension. He made it work again and made our lives a little easier. I recommend asking for Doug! He’s a great technician! Thank you for your help!!
