- TPTaylor PerkinsJun 12, 20262.0There's been a few times within the past two months (today being one of those days) where I'm running behind on a job and I've stopped by to get a part at 354 knowing they close at 4, and the front doors are already locked. Big disappointment. 😞
- CCCathyJun 3, 20261.0If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Worse customer service. I can't believe how many times they have dropped the ball. Communication is for the birds. Ordered all my appliances through them. Finally got some installed in February. Cooktop was damaged and they had to get another, the trash compactor was installed improperly anyone with any sense could see it. My husband was able to remove it and install it correctly. The dishwasher was hooked up backward for the electric. NOT IMPRESSED. Tech tried to talk me into sending the hood back and getting something else because he didn't want to install it. Came out with oven and cooktop in March to do another pre-inspection, waste of time. On March 31 came to install oven, cooktop and microwave. Oven had to be returned not their fault totally on us. Then they scheduled for May 5, but low and behold couldn't keep that appointment as there vehicles had to be serviced that day. The next scheduled date was for May 12. They got here installed the oven and low and behold they never once check the cooktop before leaving the shop and it was damaged as well. It is now June 3 and I am being told the cooktop will not even be in the warehouse until June 12, only God knows when it will actually arrive undamaged and be able to be installed. Worse yet both Rosita and Sydney have quite talking to my contractor and myself.
