  Patrick was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Best of all he was on time! He took measurements, and was able to answer questions and explain the different types of doors.

  Estimator showed up on time, did a thorough evaluation with no up-selling and submitted a fair price. Estimates from other contractor completely overlooked structural deficiences that required repair work and although theire prices were almost equal I made my decision to hire Roman/Botta's based on the thorough evaluation.

  Great service! They showed up right on time and fixed the problem quickly. Patrick was very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. He also gave me the price upfront before starting any work, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!

  I can't say enough great things about Besser Garage Door! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Our commercial garage door unexpectedly snapped in half, bringing our operations to a halt. Besser responded incredibly fast, came out to assess the damage, and had an estimate over to us in no time. The replacement part had to be ordered, which took the expected amount of time, but as soon as it arrived, their team had us scheduled for the very next day. Doug and Damian were absolutely outstanding. They arrived early, came fully prepared, greeted us professionally, and got right to work. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were top-notch. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Megan in the office and Kurt, the manager. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. They kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly to every question, and truly made us feel like a valued customer.   My garage door would only go up and not go down. This has happened many times over many years. I finally had enough of having to put the door down walk out the back of the garage door walk around the house and go through the gate to get back to my car So I called a garage door company to come fix The service man whose name I can’t remember right now. It was very professional. Was able to repair the sensors on the garage door and do maintenance to the garage door. I’m extremely happy with the door now And it is so quiet you hardly hear it go up and down.
