There aren't many companies out there nowadays that have those qualities and I am most definitely going to have him not only work on my gate from now on...I'm also going to have the company check to see what they can do about my garage door situation. - FPFrances PerezNov 8, 20241.0I had National Garage Door come to give me an estimate on my garage door that was not working. When Adam came he told us nothing was wrong with the door that we only had to clip the rope back in place to be able to use it with the remote. So Adam told us for his knowledge and time he charged us $250. Then he said only $200 but if we had cash only $150. For his knowledge and time that was expensive and he took advantage. I told him this and we had several phone and text conversations. He agreed to pay me back $100 and for 3 days he kept telling me he would be over and he made me wait etc. Finally he came and practically threw $60 at me and stormed off mad and used bad wording. He was wrong and if this company employs dishonest workers like Adam then I will let others know to take their business elsewhere. I did call several times to speak to management and they never called me back...not surprised. I give this company a VERY BAD REVIEW...they took advantage of me and they were wrong.
